Oh, where do I even begin with this Taco Bell? If slowness were an Olympic sport, this location would take home the gold medal every single time. I placed a mobile order thinking, “Hey, I’ll skip the line and save time!” Oh, how naive I was. Forty minutes later, I was still sitting in the lobby, questioning every life choice that led me to this moment. Forty. Minutes. For a mobile order. At that point, I could’ve driven to Mexico, learned how to make tacos from scratch, and come back with a full spread.
When I finally mustered the courage to call and ask why my order was taking longer than it takes to binge a Netflix episode, they casually informed me that there were only two people working. Two. People. At a Taco Bell. During what I can only assume was the dinner rush. I half-expected them to tell me one of them was on a smoke break while the other was busy Googling “how to make a Crunchwrap.”
What’s truly mind-blowing is that this is a brand-new Taco Bell. You’d think they’d have their act together, but no. It’s like they opened the doors and immediately decided, “Let’s set a new world record for slowest fast food service.” By the time I got my food, I wasn’t even hungry anymore—I was just emotionally exhausted. Honestly, I’m not sure if I should leave a review or nominate this location for a “Most Likely to Test Your Patience” award.

I have been waiting for my food for 25 minutes and when we get the food they forgot an entire burrito like how do you even mess that up. Also you better know how to use the kiosk because there is no one up front so if you need help or they forgot a burrito you gotta just hope someone will eventually come up after 10 minutes of waiting
This place just opened and it is clear that they are not ready and unprepared and under staffed. Maybe in 10 years this place will be good...
Read moreThe lady running the drive thru was short and rude with me. I had to modify my order slightly, and she told me that because I did that, the workers are upset with me.
They didn't put any sauce I requested for my nuggets in my bag, so I had to come back into the lobby and ask for them.
There was an employee sitting in the dining room aggressively picking her nose where everyone could see.
I will never come back to this location again. Save yourself the time, and go to the older location (16600 W 135th St, Olathe, KS 66062). The service is way better and employees...
