So, this is embarrassing, but my husband and I have become addicted to Dutch Bros. They only moved into their location in Olathe about a month ago, and we've been there several times a week already. There's so many things to try and it's all been really good. I have to shout out to the teenagers for working outside though. It's hot and gross, and you guys have been really positive every time we visit. There was one time my husband forgot his wallet, and one of the kids told us not to worry about it. Don't worry, we tipped a lot the next time we went back. The window people have the hardest job in my opinion. They lean out the window and talk to you while you're waiting for your order, and they are actually pretty engaging. Sometimes, we will get a funny story. One of the last times we went we told the guy window person we were about to go home and grill some vegetables, and he gave us some really good grilling and smoking tips. I need to edit my review and I'm really sad about it. Ordered a Golden Eagle Chai and when I received it, they had forgotten the caramel drizzle. When I brought it to their attention, they argued with me, so I read the menu to them and then they back tracked. They also gave us my son's drink in a broken cup that was leaking his drink out the side from a crack. We were the only customers at the time and there were 5 workers in the coffee hut singing and goofing off. Seems like the more I come here, the worse it's getting and it makes me sad because it really started out great! I used to go daily back home in Washington so this was a really nice comfort treat for me. It is now ruined with ugly.
