Pretty disappointed in this location. Used to be very happy with their services. These last few months, the service is worst then what McDonald's or Walmart provides on their bad days. The last 8 orders I have placed have been incorrect. I normally let it slide, but now it's gotten to the point this is getting ridiculous. The manager on duty Jared was very rude towards my family and I, and admitted knowing the products were incorrect and did not offer a solution nor apology to the situation. My burger looked like someone took a bite out of the bun, and before I even described what was wrong with it, he already knew what I was talking about which tells me he's ok with ruining Freddy's reputation by serving poor products which they are normally not known for. He seemed annoyed that someone was calling in complaining. He tried to buy the situation off as well which I found odd? I questioned now if he was really a manager or not. It makes since why the quality of their service here has been bad, it all starts with management. The guy is argumentative, and loves to interrupt people and not let them finish with what they have to say. Read moreDuring tonight's visit, the young lady who took our order was super sweet and very efficient, however, it took far too long for our order to be ready. As we waited, I watched a younger manager constantly leaning with his elbows on the stack of trays that were to serve people's orders, laying his body across it. He touched food without wearing gloves or washing his hands, after picking up trash from the floor and handling money, as well. Another young lady, who seemed to be mostly working the drive-through area, grabbed cones to make a drive-through customer's order, shook one of the cones at another employee, breaking the cone in the process, but put the ice cream in it anyway. There was a chunk missing from the cone, so she didn't fill it all the way. I saw food and trash on the floor that clearly could have been cleaned up by the young manager who was constantly leaning and joking around, especially since there was another very efficient young manager taking care of other things. This location is busy enough to have multiple managers on duty, but they BOTH need to be on task and aware of what is going on, not to mention willing to work instead of leaning, joking, and eating ice cream behind the wall. Employees should wash their hands and put on gloves before handling food, especially after cleaning tables, handling money, and/or pulling trash. Read moreMy husband and I stopped by for dessert.. The dining room was dirty, spills on the floor, tables dirty, as we got closer to the counter the floor had trash laying around and needed to be mopped. We did get our order taken fairly quickly, but I had to collect my own receipt as the girl immediately turned around once payment was done. Some work was getting done behind the counter. No name tags on anyone and no way to identify a manager of any kind. One guy in gray pants looked like either touched the side or bottom of his shoe then not washing his hands helped a young lady remove gloves and still never saw him wash his hands but did pull out his phone by the Drive Thur computer. Still unsure if he washed his hands, but then saw him put shake mix into the machine. During our entire visit did anyone attend to the lobby, the first place a customer sees when they walk into an establishment. My husband did see a puddle of liquid on the floor by the prep area, plainly visible to customers. This is not our first visit to this location but it my very well be the last. I know places have bad days, but seriously this was beyond bad day. I hope they get things fixed at this location cause really who wants to in filth? I don't like to complain but I felt the issues needed to be address in a manner that will be someone's attention.
