Not only did I NOT get the coffee I ordered..after ordering ahead …but this also comes after having to wait in a 35min line. There were 4 cars ahead of me each taking about 10min each, that shouldn’t be a 35 min wait. I get to the window there is only ONE person inside a she says the drinks the drinks I ordered are no longer available, I would have to call for a refund. So she gets me regular cold brew drinks. They tasted burnt/bitter. It took 10min to prep 2 cold brews as she was also taking orders. The line ends up around the building in two directions by the time I leave. I felt bad for her ..but also for the people waiting because if their drinks were anything like mine they weren’t worth waiting for. Nice girl but horrible drinks and super frustrating that you have drinks on the mobile app that are not in store. Also why order ahead to wait in the line anyways? Let’s make things make since. Needless to say I won’t be back to scooters for a long time, if ever. An for sure not this location. This is sad because it’s right...
Read moreI have been a regular for 6 years and in the past 3 weeks I unfortunately got charged $9.35 for the same coffee I always have gotten for usually about $4.90. The manager Carson made it right next visit. Then, same window worker wanted to charge over $4 again for an usual order I think she was charging per syrup pump. Afterwards I came back and ordered again same coffee and I specifically asked how many pumps of syrup and she said one and if I wanted more it would be a charge per pump. I was stuck between cars and had no choice but to be like ok and then drove off as soon as the car in front of me was gone. Pumps at any coffee shop depends on the size of the coffee and it's one fee unless you want extra over the normal 3 or 4 pumps. I started going to Starbucks cuz I tried to reason with the worker but she's a total loon. Watch your order totals.

Read moreI don't like putting negative reviews online. And really this isn't a negative review at all. But I've noticed consistently this location is always out of something. A few times it's been they're out of all but one kind of milk, One time they were completely out of matcha powder, And there have been times they've been out of several other things. I don't know if that's a problem with management needing to work a little better about ordering things on time or if corporates dragging their feet on sending their supplies. But regardless that this should be brought to the attention of someone. I've also noticed on multiple occasions The staff here seem very stressed, far more than they should be for the kind of job that they have. I think part of it is the lack of supplies makes...
