I'm sitting in this exact location right now typing this and there are several employees behind the counter yelling at each other. There are even two customers at the counter, one of them asking, "Is she really throwing a tantrum?" Later, "Hey lady, have you made my coffee yet?!" I know the individuals have been standing there for a few minutes with no one else in line and there are at least four people working behind the counter. I don't think the employees were fighting with each other, but it's absolutely ridiculous to be yelling at each other in a business where people come to have conversations, meetings, and study, AKA ME TRYING TO STUDY FOR TESTS RIGHT NOW. I even had my headphones in with music playing and I could still hear them shouting. This isn't the only time I've had poor service at this location. The employees always see to be rude and act like its a huge chore whenever I come in and order something. Just today I walked up to the counter and smiled at the lady working behind it and said hi, she looked at me, made eye contact, glared, looked back down, and didn't even ask me if I was ready to order. Don't get me wrong, one time, I'm pretty forgiving. Having a few bad days? I get it. But this is time after time I've been here on multiple occasions with multiple employees and have encountered the same issues. I find it absolutely ridiculous that I actually dread coming to this location because of the attitudes of many of the people working here. Love Starbucks, hate...

I went to this location and got a salted caramel hot chocolate, or some variation of it. The last couple of times I've gotten a hot chocolate like this I always make sure to tell them absolutely NO coffee flavored anything in it. My husband and I hate coffee, so when we ordered the hot chocolate in the drive through I made sure to tell the lady no coffee. She sounded pretentious, and then proceeded to school me on the fact that hot chocolate doesn't have coffee in it. I think okay fine, maybe I've been wrong about all the other failed hot chocolates that taste suspiciously like coffee. So we get the drink and half way home my husband says I think they put coffee in it. I tasted it and sure enough coffee. So I call to complain, and the lady remembers me, and says tells me that no coffee was put into it. I ask is she sure and she said yes unless someone else put coffee in it. After this she tells me that mocha is put into drinks like that, and at this point I have to bite my tongue. Lady you work at a coffee shop, and I know for a fact that mocha anything is usually a combination of a chocolate syrup of some kind and, wait for it....COFFEE. I usually don't have issues at this location, but the night shift needs to get it together. That experience ruined it for me because I felt I was basically being lectured about my "incompetence" of all...
Read moreI recently stopped by Starbucks and found a fairly solid coffee stop with both good and disappointing elements. The atmosphere is reliably comfortable: soft lighting, plenty of seating, the sort of place you can sit and work for a while or meet a friend without feeling rushed. The staff were friendly and efficient, though during peak hours there was a noticeable lag—waiting in line felt longer than expected. I ordered a caramel macchiato and an iced cold brew. The caramel macchiato was rich and smooth, the foam was well-done, and the flavor balance between the espresso and vanilla-caramel was strong. The iced cold brew was crisp, clean, and refreshing, especially nice for a hot afternoon. However, I noticed the size of the drink felt a little smaller than previous visits, which was disappointing given the price. The food selection—muffins, wraps, snack items—is decent and always helpful when you need something light, but nothing particularly innovative. Cleanliness was generally good, though tables in one section were messy when I first sat down. Overall, Starbucks delivers what it promises: a comfortable space, consistent drinks, friendly service. If you need a reliable café option in town, it’ll do the job—but don’t expect the...
