Called to see if a Super Bowl beanie I wanted to purchase was available at this location. Got a recording saying that inventory info is available online. So apparently you can’t talk to real people in store about inventory...So I looked on the website. Said 5 were available at this location. I arrived and couldn’t find them. I then went to a staff member who told me they actually don’t have any in stock, and that someone had came in earlier saying the same thing. Then went back to folding shirts. Didn’t even try to locate them. I drove 30 minutes out my way to go to this store. If I would have purchased this item online for curbside pickup from this location. I wonder how they would have handled that order. I would have shown up to pick up something I paid for that they didn’t have. Waste of gas money. Don’t rely on their website giving you accurate information. And don’t expect much customer service when your there either. If you can...

Minutes ago my son and his wife and daughter (special needs) left the store earlier than they had intended because their daughter has soiled herself. After they departed to clean her up, I was preparing to check out with my items but heard the boy making fun of my grand daughter to the three girls who were laughing and giggling at his mean comments about her. My problem was when the check out process started the Manager was verbally abusive to the girl that was training a new guy in front of the customer. That is terrible to first address that in front of a customer and the way she talked to her employees it's no wonder you have employee turnover. Do better!
