First Impressions Sucked
Not sure if it was because I ordered it for take out at 11 PM or not, but my first experience at this location was horrible. I arrived 10 minutes after they said the food would be ready and I had to go back and forth to my car three times before I got all of my food because the servers kept forgetting to hand me stuff, but they made sure I paid. They kept bringing the food out of the kitchen everytime I came back in too, so not even sure if the food was even ready or not even when they said it would be ready in 20 minutes when I ordered from them 35 minutes ago. The employee who came to the front didn't even want to help me there at the counter and made me go back to the bar counter where it was extremely loud and I couldn't even hear myself think. (This place was not even busy at this time. Maybe like 15 patrons in the entirety of the place and all of them were ONLY in the bar section and the music was almost club volume. Even worse that it took that long to make my food and actually give it to me only to arrive home with cold food (I only live maybe 6 minutes away from this location). The food itself was way below par of what I paid for. I had the Buffalo Blue Burger and my girlfriend had the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and we got a snack size Honey BBQ boneless wing to share and a couple mini chocolate cakes. The Buffalo burger was smothered in nothing but blue cheese (I couldnt even taste the buffalo sauce just sour blue cheese), the patty was dry and rough, they burnt the bottoms of my bun and their onion rings were like rubber when they were cold. The wings were super crunchy to the point I only ate two and they put the wrong kind of sauce on them (pretty sure they gave me a regular BBQ sauce, I did NOT taste honey bbq). My girlfriend seemed to enjoy her meal but she did complain about the chocolate cake and the wings. They put both of our cakes in a plastic sandwich bag and both were in pieces and a mess of frosting rolling around in the box they stack in an upright bag. The wing box was messy and sticky with bbq sauce too. All of the food was wet from the steam in the box and it just did not look appetizing at all. I usually don't like to write bad reviews at all and I really enjoyed B-dub's food at other locations, but I think I will be avoiding this location in the future as this experience was a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSince posting the below post I have been contacted by Buffalo Wild Wings and they have taken steps to alleviate the situation. It was still a disappointing experience but more because of the server and not because of Buffalo Wild Wings. I had originally gave a 1 star but feel because the quick and clear adjustment I think changing it to 4 stars is appropriate. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings.
It was Friday night and they were busy which for myself and my partner we understood there would be a wait for a table and food. However I did not go in expecting the service I got from our server. I ordered the new "Pulled Pork Street Tacos" and the fried mushrooms, and I had to repeat myself to the server because it was loud, no big deal. Now when we finally got (no big deal on timing), what I got was the regular chicken street tacos and that was it. When I finally asked the server, he said "No, we don't have those, I thought someone else had told you". I said "No, nobody had told me at all." And then I preceded to tell him that wasn't right and I didn't want these but would eat them because I knew they would just get thrown in the trash and I didn't want to wait any longer for food. Oh, and when they had brought out our food 5 minutes earlier there was no mushrooms and I asked him and he said they should be out shortly. I have thoughts on the mushrooms but that's just speculation. My real issue is with the street tacos. Well the server offered to have the manager take the tacos off the ticket and I said fine. However that is not the point, if I had known (because no one told me) I probably would have ordered something different. The second huge issue I have with this whole situation is that on my receipt he showed me where the item was taken off, which is great but it was listed as "Guest Did Not Like". I couldn't believe this I am being blamed for the Manager correction and ate something I did not want (yes my choice but that's because I don't like wasting food or my time). I have been a server before and what not and typically when service is not great or something is wrong I understand there are many reasons why, but NOT here! I cannot express how disappointing this service was and there was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBWW has been a special place for my young daughter and I to go eat, she loves it. 1:30-off peak (only 6 tables being used on dining side), 5 wait to get seated. We get a seat and server is very kind, but not a good server. We order 20 wings, fries and 2 waters, fries come out way before wings? So I say o no thanks my daughter can't just eat fries. 15 minutes later wings and what looks like the same platter of fries come back out (no celery/carrots) Waitress no where to be found so I walk up to ask for ranch/blue cheese. Later, Waitress no where to be found so I have to get up for napkins. Later no water. No waitress or napkins with a young girl going crazy and waiting on check. Bill comes to 29.38 I give 40 bucks-5 minutes later and the waitress brings a 10? leaving no ones to tip her with, just feels like 0 training. Also for the first time wings were sub par. After all done eating no one came by for literally 15 minutes then I have to ask for check. Us and her other table are like what is going on here? I know since people are paid to sit on the couch its hard to find service but wow it can't get much worse, she had 2 tables and was mostly just sitting in the kitchen. I thought to myself as a business owner, if my employees were public facing with what appears to be almost no training I'd be so embarrassed. In many ways this feels like it is less of a failure of BWW but more of a failure of the situation our entire workforce is in. I've noticed mom and pop restaurants service is still good but restaurants that are chains have gotten so bad. I'll give BWW another try this winter but its currently not worth the cost, cause it isn't cheap. Of course, wings in general aren't cheap and I get it. Don't let me stop you from going here but don't expect good service. The waitress was kind however which is something I appreciate. I almost wanted to coach her on little things like bringing a 5 and 5 1's instead of a ten but I didn't want to seem rude, though I truly just cared as I would have left more tip but wasn't about to wait another who knows how long to rechange the bills, and ultimately didn't really think it was my...
