Subway — Restaurant in Olathe

I work in the same complex as Subway, we have been going to them for years. I sent my son down there to get some cookies and a couple of cups of ice. They charged my son for a large fountain drink for just ice, fine whatever not that big of a deal. What upset me was when i went to look in my cup of ice, there was a spider frozen in one of the cubes. Talk about gross. So i went down there to A let them know so they could clean it and B to get a refund since i paid full price for Ice. The first guy that came to help me told me he couldnt give me a refund but that I could get another drink... no thank you i would just like my money back. He proceeds to call what I assume is the manager and they seem to be telling guy he cant do a refund. While this man is trying to figure it out, which i appreciated, the man working the sandwhiches, comes over to me and throws a 10 dollar bill at me, i said no no i dont want you to pay out of pocket he then proceeds to raise his voice at me in front of other customers "we have online orders to do we dont have time for this."then looked at the other worker and yelled at him that after this hes leaving. excuse me, but i am a paying customer as well and to be rudely spoken to because you are feeling overwhelmed at your job and dont want to be there is not my fault. I wasnt even rude about it. So just to let everyone know, they have bugs in their ice machine and i would suggest not paying your hard earned money to ingest bugs. Update: was Here at 2:55 on Sunday the 16th and no one was up front working. 3 families left in the time we were up front waiting (about 10-15 min) - store open we were all waiting at the counter. I actually was concerned because the entire thing seemed very odd- Send my daughter back there just to make sure no one was lying on the floor hurt. The girl was sitting in the back- got nasty with my daughter and told her to go to the Subway by Home Depot because she wasn't serving anyone. Had food delivered from this restaurant. A sandwich and a "salad". The sandwich was ok, a little lite on the ranch. The " salad" was a joke. There was between 1/2 and 3/4 of a cup of shredded lettuce. For $8.99 I expected more. The salami and pepperoni were whole slices. So they totally overwhelmed the " salad". There was not enough ranch to even hardly see it, let alone taste it. It looked as though they made the spicy Italian sandwich and realized it was supposed to be a salad and dumped it off the bread into a bowl and sprinkled a couple more shreds of lettuce.
