Big Bazar Indian Grocery and Food — Local services in Olathe

I’m only giving 2 stars and 1 because everything else seems to be OK about this place so far, their concept and it’s a new business but we were very disappointed about the goat meat. Couple days ago we went to go get meat and the cashier said that the kema(minced meat) was Halal and good, stated “it’s 100% boneless and I cut it myself” was initially surprised how cheap the price was now that I look back. After unpacking and washing noticed some bones, which was disappointing but disregarded. After cooking it, it was the most uncomfortable feeling in my life, eating the minced meat, because it was filled with tiny sharp bones. It was worse than eating fish or crab, and probably more dangerous cause these bones were hard and Sharp. Anyways, we disposed of everything as it wasn’t worth the risk and serious injury. I am just very disappointed that that guy lied to us as to why I am writing this, if he was honest, we probably would not have purchased it. Hopefully this doesn’t happen in the future, but we probably would not be getting meat from this...

I had a fantastic experience at the juice counter inside Big Bazaar Indian Grocery and Food! They offer a wide variety of fresh, flavorful juices, and I tried three: Sharza, Sugarcane, and Custard Apple. All of them were incredibly refreshing and made with real, fresh ingredients right in front of me.

The Sharza was unique and delicious—rich, smooth, and perfect for a hot day. The Sugarcane juice was naturally sweet and energizing, just the way it should be. And the Custard Apple juice was a creamy, tropical treat—so flavorful and satisfying!

The juice quality was top-notch, and the service was warm and welcoming. This juice counter is a hidden gem inside the store, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic, freshly made juices.
