For whatever reason, whenever I have a Reward on my app and try to redeem it and apply it to my order, it doesn't apply. I have dealt with this issue 3 times already, including today. Each time I've had to spend almost 10 minutes with the employees looking through my app and clicking things to try to figure it out, but it was never rectified within the app. However, both times the employees were extremely kind and assisted me and manually input my redeemed award. This time, I dealt with a manager or director named Javier who looked through my app clicked on several things and saw for himself the reward wasn't applying. He then said to me "this time I'll give you the reward but I won't again. This is an app problem, not my problem." I was very taken aback by this because I said "You're acting like this is an issue I'm causing when there's clearly an issue redeeming my reward and you see for yourself with your own two eyes and the reward is not applying." He said "Well wr don't deal with app issues so it's not my problem." I said "Again, the reward is in the app but you're acting like it's something I did and as manager it is your problem because I earned this reward by spending money here and it's clearly not redeeming and you see for yourself I have a reward." He rolled his eyes and moved to the side and said "Next" to another customer. I said "Wow you are truly unprofessional." He said "you're being nasty" I said "Actually I'm not at all, you are. I'm a customer here and you're acting like this is an issue I'm causing when I have this reward because I earned it by spending money here." He continued to ignore me and was unfortunately unable to speak to anyone else because he was apparently the director of the store. I'm very shocked and upset by this entire experience as my child loves coming here and we've always had great customer service until dealing with Javier today. Read moreThere location couldn't be in the most worst area. The lines are incredibly long and it takes about 45 minutes to about an hour from order to getting your food. After waiting for that ridiculously amount of time for a chicken sandwich thats over priced and waffle fries that are raw and cold doesn't do it for me. So if you have alot of time on your hands go for it. If this place is gonna be your stop on your lunch hour, good luck, cause your gonna need that hour just to get your food. When you get your food you better check your bag. I went there 3 times in January and every time I got my order it was wrong. No cheese on the chicken. They gave me spicy chicken when I ordered a regular chicken sandwich. Missing food every time I went there. They need to get out of that location and go somewhere else because there's too much chaos too much confusion in the parking lot. Its dangerous and not safe. They people that had the idea of putting a Chick Filet in that parking lot should be punished. They should be punished by the means of receiving 20 canings. Maybe then they will think twice about putting a chic filet in a parking lot that can't handle the volume of people that go there. Do you really think by the workers coming up to you in the drive thru and taking your order really speeds up the process. I think its a bunch of bologny. I think its a waste of time having those workers taking orders in the freezing cold, Whoever came up with that idea should be punished as well. Well good...
Read moreI love Chick Fil A food and i love the Mac and Cheese.. i wanted Mac and Cheese so I went to this Chick Fil A (on Texas Rd in Old Bridge NJ)...reluctantly. I say reluctantly because EVERYTIME i purchase Mac n Cheese at this location I am dissatisfied. I order a LARGE and I get a LARGE container with enough Mac n Cheese to fil a MEDIUM container. The Mac n Cheese is able to move around in the container. There are spaces around the Mac n Cheese where you can see the bottom of the container. Clear indicator that its not full. I always have to discuss this issue with an employee or manager. Today the manager, Samantha,, gave me my food, I addressed it with her. She tells me that its a large and that she SAW them "weigh" it out. I told her that this is never an issue at any other location....I mentioned Edidon NJ. She proceeded to tell me that the other locations are "overstuffing" the container. Further discussion she tells me that she couldn't answer one of my questions because she is not in the kitchen......yet she SAW them "weigh". With the previous encounters at this locstion my Mac n Cheese was topped up to my expectation. This manager did nothing but continue to defend ....poor customer service.
