McDonald's — Restaurant in Old Bridge Township

This is the end of my McDonald's journey I fell while 4 months pregnant at this location coming from the park and ride going to up the stairs mind you it was dark. I am a chronic pain fighter and I have pregnancy pains so I have to take my medication I had to eat something everything happened so fast so I didn't say anything to them when I got the fries I went and get checked out had a little sprained ankle. I reported the issue no one called me I had to call them and let them know what happened just so they can be aware and fix the lights. They finally called in December and someone investigated it lol I had to call after a whole month and something to say the lights was working fine on both ends and there was no negli on their end which my friend was there and saw it was dark even the next day it was dark. All of a sudden now the lights work not a single soul cared about my well being or my child to just pick up a phone and called to make sure we was okay that's it just a call couldn't be place. It was my fault I should have taken a picture that's exactly what she asked me if I did then I have no proof lol that it was negligence. This place will never see my money ever again I don't even care if it's the last food place on earth how many points I got if that's the way you treat your customers if I had God forbid lost my baby or my life what would they have told my family or my little princess they are sorry or it wasn't on them it's life you live and you learn my fall may be something small and not important to them but God don't sleep I leave it in...

I come here often but I had a horrible experience today. I went through the drive through at night and I waited at the first window but nobody opened the window and I waited for a few minutes so I went down to the second window to see it anyone was there. I was greeted with the rudest lady working there ( I think her name was Mariene I’m not sure) she opened the window and said oh you have to pay at the first window and I explained that I waited and no one came so she said “ well then give me the money because I don’t know how much it is” in the rudest tone with the nastiest expression. I was so shocked I literally asked her who does she think she’s talking to? I asked for the manager and she walked away with the biggest attitude like she couldn’t be bothered and when the manager came he asked what happened and then he apologised for her behavior and said she could’ve had a problem understanding as she walked past him with a no care attitude. This McDonald’s used to be the one to go to. Drive all the way from south Amboy to come around route 9 south to come to this one. Now the new workers have attitudes when they used to be so nice. They rushed me out and ignored everything I said. They could not even place a small breakfast order without messing it up. Yes I’m mad I didn’t get my hot cakes with my big breakfast but I’m just dumbfounded that I got an attitude for making sure they placed my order right and they didn’t even give me my food that I payed for. Then rushed me out and practically through my food at me.
