Placed an online order & went to pick it up (30 mins later) only to have them tell me my order wasn’t ready. They called someone and then the person on the phone told them my order was “cancelled.” I never cancelled the order, showed them on the app that my order still said it was ready to pickup, and not cancelled, and they proceeded to argue with me and tell me I was wrong & that I cancelled my order. I showed them multiple times the phone screen showing my order but eventually gave up because the women working kept arguing with me rather than just making the order or refunding me. They refused to refund in store and told me it would be refunded next day. The next day came, and the charges for just shy of $30 went thru. I called Subway customer support who advised me that my order WAS cancelled by the store, and that they should’ve been able to refund me. I have called the store 3x, they hung up on me twice and they’re telling me they can’t do anything. They finally gave me the managers cell after I let them know I had spoken to corporate, and I am currently waiting for a call back. All this over $30 they could’ve just refunded or made the order while I was there. Needless to say I will no longer be visiting this location, and the customer support from Subway headquarters noted they would be investigating this location as it isn’t the first time they’ve received this complaint for this store. When I asked them to get tomatoes free from contamination they replied back with. " It is on the other side of the container..." Let me tell you .. that is cross contamination... Even after telling her I have an allergy to the product causing the crosscontamination she was refusing to grab from new not contaminated container. Finally she went to the back with so much attitude and returned with new tomatto slapped it on my sandwich and said "there... Now what?" She continued to Ibe rude to me the rest of my order....
