i am a teenage girl who was just trying to buy slime ingredients. i was walking down the right side one of the main isles and a worker was also walking down the MIDDLE of the isle. i was expecting her to move to the side so i kept walking. she stopped walking and gave me the nastiest look, body blocked me from walking and i was really confused. i started walking to the right of her and she barely moved to the left. i said "sorry!!" because i thought there was just some odd confusion. walking away with my friends i mentioned how that was really odd and how she was really mean about it. shes an adult woman worker and i am a minor girl. a little bit later, we come across her again and she gave another nasty look and says "you got something to say????" really rudely. my friends and i, genuinely confused, say "what???". She repeatedly said "you got something to say???" as if to try and start a fight with 3 teenage girls trying to find saline solution. i felt incredibly uncomfortable and upset as this situation did not even have to happen. i go to this walmart often and nothing like this has ever happened. she was a GROWN WOMAN and i am a teenage girl and she was trying to fight with me over this minuscule event. i am deeply upset and can not believe...
Read moreDon't use their customer service for Western union transfer especially if you are trying to pay a utility bill they clicked the wrong button now I'm out of 15 medical spending money because they selected my bonus money. Then I had to use my debit card to complete the purchase and it was taken out of my debit card and now not sent to my utility provider will be reporting this as fraud. Best part is calling Wal Mart back to speak to any management and there is none available. Thinking of transferring out of pharmacy too and giving me business to smaller stores I'm sure Wal Mart doesn't care about one customer but when you are disabled and customer service employee can't even call someone over or answer while incorrectly doing a transfer and is on his phone the whole time while giving sensitive information is beyond disgusted. Also talked to store manager wendy today on the phone who didn't give me her name until I asked told me I had to drive back to the store and she can maybe have ways of making it right. Sorry as a disabled person who hasnt been feeling well I'll just eat the money and not use this store other then the pharmacy for now because there are great techs...
Read moreSelf checkout machine wouldn't take my $20 bill, kept spitting it out.. It had a TINY tear on the top of the bill, less than an inch long, small triangle shape.. I asked cashier, 'could you take it-and ill put the rest on my card?', the woman examined it like it was something she had never seen before for a WHILE, finally said "it's damaged, I can't take it if the machine won't, how would we count it at the end of the day?" As I stood there baffled wondering how a ripped bill has NEVER crossed Walmarts path before, she continued to stand there quietly still looking at the tiny rip in bill. Now frustrated that legal tender is being refused for unvalid reasons.. and not wanting to take an HOUR for her to speak but still not help.. I grabbed it back from her and said "luckilly i have my card..SO, I guess I'll just throw this $20 away then.." She remained silent wondering why I was frustrated and I used my card.. she never asked someone else about it, thought it was fake, ask customer service.. nothing. It was CASH.. I've seen cash come out of self checkout machine..taped back...
