I placed 2 orders. One for my mother, and one for my mother in law. We were celebrating their birthdays on the same day, 4/6/24. I placed my order around 8:30 am. I paid an expedite fee for each order which guaranteed delivery within 4 hours. Anticipating the flowers to be delivered before 12:00 when the party started. 11:45 comes around and no flowers or calls have been received. I call the number for From You Flowers, and they ask me to wait until 12. 12:15, still no flowers or calls. I call again, and they ask me to wait until 1. 1:30, still no flowers or calls. This is unacceptable to me as I paid the expedite fee to ensure the flowers arrived on time. At this point, all they could do is refund the expedite fee and request that the flower shop deliver the arrangements “ASAP.” And that they would be delivered before 6pm that evening. This is unacceptable, the party ended at 4, after 15 minutes of me explaining why this isn’t acceptable, I asked to speak with someone higher up or to go pick up the arrangements myself. At this point, they refunded me 20% and told me I had no choice but to wait until 6:00 pm and could not speak with anyone higher up or go pick up the arrangements. The first arrangement arrived around 3:40 pm. The arrangement looked NOTHING like what I ordered!! I could have grabbed a bouquet from Walmart and it would have looked nicer. When the delivery guy got there, I asked where the other arrangement was, and he was very apologetic, but didn’t know there was another one. He went back to the flower shop, and showed back up at 4:30 with the other bouquet which also looked NOTHING like what I ordered. Each order cost me $87 as I selected the “Premium” option for both which included fees and taxes of course. The delivery guy was again very apologetic, asked if the recipients lived at this address(they don’t), gave me a business card that was an insurance sales person’s business card, asked me to send him pictures of the arrangements vs what I ordered and promised to remake them and have them redelivered. I sent the images 5 minutes after he drove off. No response. I called the number on the card today at 11:30 am. No answer. I called From You Flowers and all they could do is offer 20% off again. I find this unacceptable. As an established business, to offer expedite delivery, keep pushing back the “4 hour window,” deliver Walmart grade arrangements, and lie about replacing them is down right disrespectful. I just so happened to be at the event that the flowers were being delivered to. How many people have flowers delivered to loved ones and never know that they are being ripped off? As a customer service representative myself, knowing that customer satisfaction should be the number one priority, I am very disappointed in this business. Please get your flowers elsewhere. Images attached.

***update (same day): although the flowers are still due to arrive late, FYF promptly called me in seeing my review and offered a reasonable resolution. Thank you*** I will never order from this place again. I ordered flowers on a Wednesday for delivery by Sunday (Mothers Day). The site gave me the option to have it delivered "between Thursday and Sunday" which I selected because it seems to be a reasonable things to give a local flower shop flexibility to deliver when its best for their timing. News flash: these flowers are NOT coming from a local flower shop! On Thursday I received a notification that my order has been proceed and shipped. Ok, great...On Friday I check to see what the anticipated delivery date will be, and saw on FromYouFlowers that it was listed as Saturday, by UPS. The UPS thing caught my attention. Why 'fresh cut flowers' are being sent by UPS baffled me. I clicked the UPS link, and saw that the flowers are being shipped from Kentucky (deliver location is Western NY)! The link indicated an anticipated deliver date of Tuesday. What The Flowers?!?! I became very alarmed. I called customer service and spoke to a rep. He told me that the flowers were definitely going to be delivered Saturday. I insisted they are not, based on the UPS tracking info. He once again insisted they will. I asked him if he recognizes the problem with the fact that Mother's Day flowers were going to be delivered 2 days after Mother's Day. He did not see the problem, but suggested that if I am concerned, I should order ANOTHER bouquet. I figured , what they heck, I'll take the bait on this one. I asked "OK, so if I order another bouquet will you full refund me the cost of the original?" the answer, a flat "no". Later that day, I contacted customer service again, via online chat. I provided the UPS tracking info, and despite the site clearly indicating a Tuesday delivery, they stood firm that it was arriving Saturday. So here we are on Sunday, Mothers day. Mom-in-law has no flowers from us. On Tuesday she will 1-week old cut flowers. Is this the worst thing in my existence? Of course not. Is this acceptable, definitely not. Buyer beware.

Just like all the other online flower delivery sites I’ve used, on From You Flowers the bouquets start out reasonably priced and then get out of hand somewhere between filling in your information and arriving at check-out. However, From You Flowers was still competitively priced compared to others. I ordered two Mother’s Day bouquets—one for my mother in one state, and another for my stepmother in a different state—and checked out having paid one amount that covered both purchases, each under a separate order number. They were both scheduled to be delivered on the Saturday before Mother’s Day, and that Friday I received an email indicating my stepmother’s order had shipped. No email for my mother’s order. On Saturday I received two emails indicating my stepmother’s order had arrived—one from the flower company and the other from my stepmother. No email for my mother’s order. Suspecting a problem, I called From You Flowers that Saturday—to their credit, I was connected with a live representative. I explained my concern, and he told me that they would try their best to deliver the bouquet to my mother. He had no answer for why I’d not received any communication regarding that order, and would not commit to delivery on that day. I told him I wanted a refund if the order was not fulfilled on that scheduled day; he replied that they would do their best. Within the hour I received a call from my mother—the bouquet had arrived. Soon after, I received an email from the company letting me know that their records reflected the successful delivery, and that I should contact them if I had further concerns. Ultimately, the company successfully fulfilled both orders; however, I feel communication should have been consistent for both orders.

My wife really wanted flowers delivered to her work for her birthday. She has used this company in the past and has always been successful, so she recommended I use her profile because she had a $15 coupon. I went ahead and ordered the flowers 4 days in advance and made sure to get the expedited delivery so they would arrive before noon. Day of delivery, noon comes around... no flowers. I contacted customer service at 1:20 pm. via the customer service chat feature. They said they would contact the florist and have them sent and refund me the expedited fee. 4 minutes after I contacted customer service, I got a notification they got delivered (suspicious). Now, my wife and I work in the same building. I immediately went and checked the front desk of our office and outside. Nothing. I call customer service this time and get told he is going to contact the florist directly and have them resend for delivery. He asked if we would be there at 5 pm. I said no, we leave at 3:30 pm and they need to get here before then. He said he would make sure they rushed. 3:30 pm, nothing. We leave to go home. 5pm I call the front desk and ask if they got delivered...nope. I contact customer service a third time quite pissed off. They said they would ensure the delivery happened the following day before noon. I asked, when they fail to deliver, will you give me a full refund. They gave me a BS answer about we will offer you options to give you 100% satisfaction. I said that's not an answer. Will you give me a complete refund of my order? They reluctantly said yes, they would refund me the full price. Fast forward to today. Noon passes, and still no flowers. I hit up customer service, and they attempted to tell me they would contact the florist again to rectify the issue and get them delivered. Told them absolutely not. Give me my money back. I demanded an email receipt that they are refunding in full. Now, I am waiting to see if I will receive the refund within 3-5 business days. Stay away from this trash website. I highly doubt they even sent the order to a florist, and if they did, they never contacted the florist to...
