Very dissappointed. I went to this location a few months ago for the first time to check it out and I won't be going back. I ordered a large Italian sub and they put way too much mayo on the bread. The bread was a little hard as well and what I really didn't like was the meat did not taste fresh at all! On top of that the friggin lettuce was cut into tiny liitle ribbons and it just gets all over the place when you eat it!....Unfortunately I ordered it to go so I was about 10-miles away before I started to eat it or I would have returned and thrown it back in their faces. ...Danny Devito should be ashamed to support this company. What a huge disappointment!

My wife and I spent $19+ here so, my wife orders first the ham/turkey regular sized sub and I ordered the traditional Italian (also regular). The orginal prep passes those off to the other prep guy backwards (we didn't notice) he dresses mine according to my wife's preference and likewise dresses hers according to my tastes.. Bad enough? Had the most amazing experience this afternoon:) Our food was delicious and made with so much attention to detail. The real star of the visit though was a young man (I wish I got his name) from Jamaica/Toronto. He was truly the kindest, most engaging human. He made my son’s whole day by talking football with him and taking time to ask him about himself and his aspirations. He encouraged my 5th grader to go for his dreams and was just so sweet and encouraging. We will remember our interaction with him for a long time time:) This young man is going to be incredibly successful at whatever he does in his life because in the small amount of time we spent with him it was evident how very special he was.
