Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Oldsmar

Literally in the building for 20 mins before I could even order. Stood there waiting while a line formed behind me; the employee took her time to finish sweeping the dining area floor and to complete a mobile order before taking my order. Food was not good and the Kaiser salsa, which is my favorite, literally looked like it had been sitting out for days. Chips were stale even though we came in on a Friday. Employee had an attitude after I didn’t leave a tip. Bathroom was disgusting. No music on in the dining room it was dead quiet. I spent $50 could have gotten better service literally ANYWHERE else. I will never in the history of life visit this location again. Last night I went in around 9 pm. There were no customers and the staff was polite enough. However, the food looked as if it had been sitting around for hours, but I was there and against my better judgement I brought it anyways. When I ate it it tasted sour. The veggies were wilted and I am in fear that I may get food poisoning. The little voice in the sside of my head said stopped eating it but I didnt listened. I tried to call in to report it to a manager today and the phone just rang with no answer. I love the Tampa Moe's franchise, shout outs to the Stadium and Neptune locations, but Oldsmar completely let down...

What seemed to be a manager took my order, too busy trying to get things ready after the restaurant opened, wasn't listening to my order, too busy giving directions to other staff members. Person at the register hands me three items and walks away, maybe a tray or something would have been helpful to get to my seat. All this and my register receipt leaves a place for me to leave a tip. Sorry, but I hope no one here is depending on that for their income, but I won't be tipping unless I get actual service. Food quality was adequate, although brown guacamole isn't something I'm accustomed to seeing, especially when the restaurant...
