So, I didn't actually make a purchase from this Starbucks but I felt compelled to brag on one of its employees, none the less. Please, let explain. I am an Uber driver and work very early morning hours. This morning I had the pleasure of giving Ashley a ride to work at this location. I picked her up for a two stop trip. She was very pleasant and willing to make small talk to make the ride go faster and feel less awkward. Her first stop was a convenient store not far from her destination. Before exiting the car she asked me if there was anything she could get me. I was so surprised as I've never had a passenger as me that. I declined and told her I was good. She ran in quickly and wasted no time. As I dropped her off at her final destination, I wished her a good day. This is where it gets good. Before she exited my car, she reached up and placed a Mountain Dew Zero Sugar (Just like the one I was already drinking.) on my passenger seat. I was blown away! Ashley was not only kind, but she was also attentive. She took notice of what I was drinking and took it upon herself to practice a random act of kindness. It was a welcomed gesture! It put a smile on my face from ear to ear. I shared this story with several people throughout the day. So, what does this have to do with Starbucks, you may be asking? My answer is, even off the clock Ashley represents this establishment. If she treats her Uber driver this nice, I can only imagine how well she cares for her customers. If you find yourself in the area, stop in and see the difference a kind and caring person behind the counter can make. If I'm in the area again, you better believe I'm going to give them my business!...

When I entered the drive thru there were only two cars ahead of me, and I thought "great this will be quick". It was not!
I placed an order for a tall coffee and a tall ice water. The guy repeated both items correctly. After which I quickly got to the pickup window. That's when it went downhill.
At the window, no one was there to greet me and I waited four minutes, FOUR WHOLE MINUTES, before someone came. My card was scanned, after which I still waited another minute to actually receive my drink.
Although I ordered both a tall coffee and a tall ICE-water, I received a grande coffee and a grande cup of water with NO ICE. Because I had already been waiting so long I drove off without realizing my drinks were wrong.
Upon realizing the error, I quickly turned around and went back to the drive through explaining that my order was wrong. Without apologizing I was just asked what my order was supposed to be and that they'd refund the original order. At the window I received a refund and was then asked to pay for the correct drink - which I was confused because I was only told they'd refund the original (mistake). Not very pleased I opted to just get the refund, after which I left. Very annoyed at this point.
No one in attendance at the window matched with a long wait ❌ Wrong drink order❌ No sincere apology❌
Just horrible service at every turn. I will not be returning to this location again!

Read moreAbout a month ago I went through the starbucks drive threw. After getting my order I left and went on with the rest of my day. Mid day I noticed I didn't have my debit card. I immediately called to see if they had it since I didn't remember getting a receipt. I called they said it wasn't there. I continued to look for it although convinced it was there since that was the last placed I used it. So after a few hours I called again, this time a spoke with a guy who said he did not see it. I continued looking thinking possibly the cashier gave it back to me and I dropped it in my car. After another search and few hours later I called again. This time the same guy answer the phone and got an attitude with me and said he check himself and it was not left at Starbucks. .. The next morning I woke and headed straight to SBS spoke with the first girl I saw and asked her desperately was my debit left there. she went to the first place where they keep them and took it right out and gave it to me. I was LIVID. Had I not been completely sure I was not provided with my debt card I would have canceled it thinking It was completely lost.
