I remember why we dont go there and will never go there again.(Our usual place was closed this day). It said 6:20 pickup. I was notified on the way that order was probably ready. Arrived about 6:25 and they had not even started the order and appeared surprised that there even was an order. What is most frustrating is their lack of common sense to at least acknowledge they dont have it ready, tell me it will be a wait, etc. At 6:35 its finally ready and not even an apology for it not being ready, sorry for the wait, nothing and not even a thank you. You dont appreciate my business so best I dont give it to you.
