I called to complain and they offer to remake the pizza, I declined cause A that would mean I’d have to drive back. And B I didn’t want them tampering with my food. The manger says “people like me are hurting small businesses” for criticizing their service and quality of food. Dough was raw & didn’t receive ranch. Toppings fell off the moment I picked it up, manager instead of apologizing for the inconvenience. Had excuses for every complaint I had. Put a party pizza next to these pizzas and they’re identicalIf I could give a 0 I would this place shouldn’t be in business. Look at the second to most recent review they even mention the crust not being to their liking as well, trying to single me out is immature as an owner. My objective in which I explained was to complain about the quality of food I was given. A remake only creates more inconveniences as a customer. First time trying tonight (11/3/23). I ordered the Zerillo’s large special pizza, 6 mild wings and 6 knots. They were extremely busy and lots of customers waiting and the phone was ringing off the hook! (Great problem to have). When I placed my order they said it would be about 30 minutes. I arrived about 30 mins later and my wings were ready but the rest of the order was still in progress. About 15 minutes later I received the knots and pizza. Wings were good but because I received them first and had to wait for the rest, they were cold by the time I got home, still good though. I opened my pizza and they forgot to put pepperoni on it and also forgot to cut it. No big deal, I had a pizza cutter. They didn’t skimp on the other toppings. Big chunky pieces of sausage and veggies. I do wish the crust was a little crispier, it was quite limp. I chalk this up to them being busy and busting out orders as fast as possible. It was still tasty, lots of flavor. The knots had plenty of seasonings with a good amount of garlic flavor but not overwhelming, the dipping sauce also had plenty of herbs to be tasted and wasn’t bland. My only critique would be to slow down a tad to ensure the pizzas are sliced, all the toppings are there and try to work on timing with the orders so everything is hot or still warm when the customer brings it home. Otherwise, well done. We will be back!

2nd review: Went back on 11/15/23 and ordered a calzone. It was DELICIOUS! Mouth watering! The crust was perfection....

We just moved into the area, not new to Tampa- and tonight we were looking for a Great pizza place. Well, we FOUND it and it only took us to the 2nd place. (1st place no place to eat take-out only). Zerillo's has Great pizza, we really enjoyed our dinner tonight. The crust is not crunchy and hard, soft and enjoyable. We got 1/2 Hawaiian and 1/2 pepperoni and onion. YUM! What surprised us was the Garlic Knots- so GOOD! Kiki was our server and she was so nice and enjoyed talking to her. She suggested bringing only 3 since we were unsure. She brought us 5! And they went, well at least 4 of them were devoured! I ate the 5th one after pizza. We will Definitely be back as this is our NEW Pizza place! It is Very hard to find a Good pizza place here in Tampa. The next time we come, we are planning to try the pastas. Thank you for moving to Oldsmar, otherwise we would not have known this location! I had a bad day at work on 10-14-25 and I knew that the Garlic knots would be the cure and seeing Kiki made the rest of the day Happy!
