Total wait time in drive through line was 6:23 from pull up to the end of the line to the pull away from the order window, Sunday afternoon about 2:15pm. 5 people (including me) in line (2 at the window and 2 in front of me). Ordered about $40 in food. Person taking order confirmed the order, we realized it was wrong, he quickly corrected it. Gave us the total. We pulled to window after others had left, Ari was at the window. We were greeted with a simple "Hi" and a smile. Confirmed our order again, and this time was correct. He had a little issue taking cash as we gave him enough change to break $100 into 3 $20s. Gave us our order in 3 large bags, all items were correct and hot and present. We even got fries and they were fresh and hot as well. We tried the loaded curly fries as well (pictured). Bacon was a little under cooked but still good. Half pound sandwiches were good (pictured) and what you'd expect from Arby's. Only gripe I had is we did not receive napkins or sauces, but we did not ask for any sauces. Other places usually ask if we want some. I simply forgot to ask so i'll write that one off for myself. Good quick service and friendly people. Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. I wouldn't call this time very busy at all, but it was def moving well...

Even after having to wait unnecessarily long for my order, the hoodrats STILL got my order wrong, they were argumentative with me about the order (which is very unprofessional and out of order) and I had to wait EVEN LONGER for my refund while the big back hoodrat wearing those HORRIBLE looking fake eyelashes tried to redo the wrong order (despite me repeatedly requesting a refund).
I realize that quality employees is challenging to find nowadays, but can you (the company) PLEASE implement some diversity in this store (as well as your other stores across the board) because the hoodrats have run the quality of your customer service into the ground and RUINED the Arby’s...
Read moreThe cashier was not polite. My family's food order was not fresh as promised. I asked for spicy mustard on my turkey and bacon sandwich, the drive thru rep said that Arby"s doesn't serve deli mustard. I've eaten Arby's for years. My son asked for a chicken club sandwich with only meat and cheese. Bacon comes on a club sandwich, the cashier said bacon wasn't considered meat. OMG. The bacon was uncooked might I add. (RAW) That was THE worst 30 dollars we've EVER spent at Arbys. The experience was traumatic, we were the only vehicle in line and we were treated as if we were buying 4 for 4 combos. Unacceptable, unprofessional, the food wasn't fresh, however, the only good comment I have is the cashier's mask was very crafty.
