Firehouse Subs Shops at Goodman Crossing — Restaurant in Olive Branch

My fiancé and I enjoy Firehouse and from past experiences we were looking to enjoy our time with this location. Reason for my two stars is as soon as we entered and stood by the cash register we waited for a good 5 or so minutes before someone actually came up and took our order (please note they were NOT that busy there was literally 3 other people ahead and waiting on their orders.) We were honestly starting to get un happy because we both made eye contact with SEVERAL employees but yet no one bothered to service us. When we were finally helped the female who took our order was rude the name we have on the receipt is Alex but I can’t be 100% sure-she was a young black female. Either way, we take customer service seriously and if you cant have your employees stay on top of their duties let alone be nice towards customers which is what they are getting paid to do then they clearly need to be replaced. Now onto food-the food was good I don’t have any complaints.

Came in at 11:45a, no music on, you could hear a pin drop with multiple people waiting. After placing our order, and grabbing drinks, well alternatives, the machine was out of the drinks we initially wanted so you could tell the machine hadn’t been refilled. After waiting a bit for our food, both of our New York “STEAMERS” came out on cold bread and the pickles were frozen, there was ice on the pickle. When we asked for more non-frozen pickles, the worker said they were all going to be like that because they just opened. After looking online, we realized this location had been opened for an hour and a half already. After receiving mediocre service and sub par food that we paid our hard earned money for, we ended up throwing away the remainder and warned other patrons. This is a brand new location, and it’s sad to know that it’s already going downhill after the management of teenagers who just half ass their work for a paycheck. We...

Terrible experience tonight in the drive thru! This location has not been open very long and is already gone to crap. I waited in the drive through for over 20-minutes and the cars in front of me received the wrong orders. I told them when I ordered I was there for the name of the day bogo and they said okay. I ordered larges and when I got to the window they told me it was only applicable on mediums, which is not true. I was so annoyed I just told them to downgrade them and I literally watched them take them out of the bag and remove half of it. I double checked the app one again once I got home and confirmed this deal was valid on larges. I will not be back! My bread on my sandwich was burnt.
