I’ve been eating at this location at least 12 years and the wings have always been hot and fresh. However, in last couple of years the quality of the food has really gone down. Small, over cooked wings are the norm. Friday 12/15/22 I purchased 15 whole wings for $35. I made sure to call ahead and place my order because I was on my way to work. I picked up my order, got to work and immediately opened my wings to eat. To my surprise the wings were cold and the sauce on the wings was cold, thick and dried up. Obviously the wings had been refrigerated from the night before!!! Just horrible and inedible!!! $35 down the drain! Shame on you Hackscross location!!! Different cooks and inconsistent food!!! Not worth the money! I gave them one star because Rosemary the cashier is really nice and professional. You need to get better...

The note on door stated closed on Mondays due to chicken shortage.Needless to say I DID NOT receive my food. Credit Card company finally got in touch with someone he stated he has never ever been closed. He stated he would research and call back. No has ever returned phone call. Been trying to get resolved since Monday, August 30,2021.Still trying. Called Buffalo Wild Wings explain what happened and my need was due to family death and I was feeding the family that night like right now. Got Great Service, Expedited the order gave me a discount and then apologized for my lost. Then he said he was sorry for the service inconvenience of dealing with Chicken Coop....
Read moreI placed an order through Door Dash. I ordered two desserts and Chicken Coop had neither. They called and asked if we wanted to substitute and they told us to call DoorbDash to change the order. Door Dash could not change anything because of how Chicken Coop set up their account (according to DD). We called Chicken Coop back and they were rude and then told me it was up to us to fix things. How would that even be possible given why things couldn't be changed? So I called DD back and cancelled. This was all over about $1. They talked to me very rudely. I was happy to pay the extra dollar but I couldn't because of Chicken Coop's account settings and it's my fault? I'll never order from here again because being rude indiscriminately...
