Ate here for the first time with my mom. We ordered the Candied Salmon Eggs Benedict and the Fish and Chips. I would say the food was average and the service.. The eggs were cooked all the way through and it was served with coleslaw instead of breakfast potatoes. The hollandaise sauce tasted good. Personally, I don’t think the coleslaw paired well with the Eggs Benedict and it didn’t fill me up. I would’ve preferred breakfast potatoes The fish and chips was average, fries were great, seasoned well and crispy. Decent pricing for both meals, but I probably wouldn’t order either of those again. I wouldn’t mind trying a few other items before a make my final judgement. Will...

We have been longtime fans of Dingey’s-they are THE place in the Olympia Farmer’s market to get your breakfast. My favorite is the Maple Salmon Benedict (which is PERFECTION-the maple doesn’t overpower the salmon) that comes with the side of potatoes. We are also partial to their chowder and their fish and chips!

Their staff is friendly and professional, and their stand is very lively with crab šŸ¦€ decorations. They provide condiments and beverages as well. Check them out!

Addition from July 8th, 2023:

Their maple salmon Benedict is still one of the best foods at the market and is my go to. Their clam strips and fries are...

My favorite place to eat at the local Farmers Market! Dingey's is one of the most popular food stands at the market, for a very good reason. Their food is top-notch, no weird additives and no b/s ingredients. They are always friendly and fast with their customers orders, and have a lively environment to enjoy while eating some good ol'fashioned fish and chips and chowder. And their clam chowder is actually CLAM chowder! (not this bacon-chowder crap that some places have been trying to push on us in past years) Love the food, love the vibe, the atmosphere, love the...

GET THE MAPLE CURED SALMON EGGS BENEDICT. That is all. You can tell there is thought and care behind the dishes and prep, best home fries (perfect potato pillows?) Were everything, but I could barely fit them in because the benedict was too good to not finish. Also I am still thinking about that hollandaise 🤤. Also the strawberry lemonade was FRESH šŸ“šŸ‹ My wife had the fried oyster omelet and was super happy too. Thank you for the kind and quick service, area is small so be sure to grab a seat or be down to share you table and make some new friends šŸ˜€

Excellent take out seafood and breakfast stop located at the year-round farmers market. They specialize in Benedict’s and fresh baskets of fried goodies, as well as chowder and a couple other breakfast items. We’re particularly fond of the clam strips and maple salmon Benedict, though we do miss the crab cakes. This place does now take card for a nominal fee, and plenty of seating is available in the commons, though it can get crowded on the weekends especially if there’s live entertainment.
