Sometimes decent, usually awful these days. Consistently overcharges me and then doesn't make my drinks correctly 😕 I used to go every day but after these past few weeks, I'd rather go anywhere else if I can help it. Staff make it seem like its such a problem to make drinks on their menu with slight substitutions (milk chocolate instead of white, coconut milk instead of cream)😕 one of the last times I went there they underfilled my protein shake by almost 2 inches when I complained and asked her if she could finish filling it please, she glared at me and ripped the drink out of my husband's hand to fill it, spilled the stuff down the sides hella and handed it back so roughly that it was dripping like crazy 😕 next time we came by (hoping the normal girls were there) she was there and we just flat out left. Also, make sure they're actually putting in your #, we've had multiple occasions over the last month where they didn't put in our number and we didn't get our points. It sucks that their service went so far downhill in the last month or so 😕 we used to spend $100+...

The baristas at this location are incredibly arrogant and rude, do not understand how to give proper customer service, and look like they don't even want to be there. I asked if I could get a drink carrier because both of my cup holders were in use and it would be impossible / dangerous for me to be driving holding two drinks at once, the girl responded with " not unless you buy it". At first I thought she was joking but she was dead serious, I asked her why I couldn't just have one and she said that it's because they are expensive and usually cars actually have cup holders. If these cup holders are too expensive to give out then maybe stop making The stupid business decision to unnecessarily print your logo all over the box when your drinks and everything else already have the logo on them.

Firstimer just passing through on my way home to Portland. I'm so going back! Best doppio Con Panna. Shots were smooth and robust. Barisra was kind enough to check the fresh whip cream they make if it had what I'm allergic to. Love the extra efforts of positive energy to be happy to help was awesome. I got my whip cream and it was sumptuous. If you go to a pre made whip spot you need to try this place!! Easy in and out w long drive through that hugs the outer parimerter of a good sized parking lot. So be mindful of cars reversing suddenly.
