Went in today and only one employee it looked like was more so on her phone than working, asked for a water, she than told me she would have to charge me, I told her that’s fine and I asked how much. She responded with “uhm I’m not sure” like what? Can I have an ice cup then ?? She then said yes but she would have to charge me, I asked how much for that, “ummm unfortunately I still don’t know, it just says cup on my system” like how am I being charged with something you aren’t sure of?? Ridiculous!!! Update: to the owner, if you’re sorry to hear about this do something about it! I already contacted customer service about my experience.
