Amigos/Kings Classic — Restaurant in Omaha

While helpful, employees are not very well versed on the menu, and items ingredients. Kitchen staff was super helpful and verified allergens by looking at the ingredients lists on the boxes and cans. However one item was removed from the box that had the ingredients label and the gentleman said he couldn't be sure it didn't have the allergen in it.

Counter staff didn't know the basic ingredients of entrees, like what was in/on the Baja tacos. Asked to make sure there was no corn on the taco salads, to get home to see corn tortilla strips on top, after being assured there was no corn of any kind in the salad.

The grilled chicken or the cilantro rice also had some allergen in it as it made the two people with allergies have a reaction. And the Baja tacos got tossed because we didn't know it came with some kind of sauce.

The crab Rangoon burrito was good, but I was the only one able to eat it.

The menu board isn't descriptive, and the counter staff when I visited had to ask the kitchen staff what was on everything. I just realized the website is better if you want to know what is on the items, but I had stopped in on a whim and didn't think about looking at the website.

So, I ordered 2 crispy beef burritos, 2 beef enchiladas with cheese over them, 4 hardshell beef tacos, a large potatoe toys, 2 sides of cheese and an order of birthday cake donut holes. The order cost me almost $38. Here is what I recieved. 2 crispy beef burritos, 1 side of cheese, 2 onion enchiladas, a small potato tot. They did not give me the 4 tacos or the donuts holes, only one of the sides of cheese, the large potato toys, or my beef enchiladas. This location was 84th and Dodge in Omaha. My husband was almost home, 126th & Fort after dropping me off at the hospital, and had to go all the way back to get the missing tacos. We didn't realize all the other mistakes at this point. When he got there, he waited at the order kios for ten minutes. Nobody came so he drove up to the window. He could see the person standing in there texting on a phone. My husband knocked on the window and the worker looked up at him but continued to text for another 30 second before taking the order of the people now at the kids. We will never ever go back to that place again and I highly recomend nobody go there unless you want to get a jacket up order, disrespected,...

84th and Dodge location is not good at all!!! Food is good but service on a regular basis is not! The customer service is horrible, unbelievably rude stuff, they can throw your food disrespectfully towards you, you have to check your order all the time and IF something is missing they are not happy if you ask them to give you what is missing ( like salsa or sauce), if you will go inside - they can treat you even worse: you can see your food negligently being throwing at you, unhappy faces, rude comments, you can see how stuff rolls over their eye and making faces... few time we noticed extra charges or overcharges and they wouldn't provide receipt when they are doing that.

Is it how good customer service of Amigos at this location should look like?

The cold food is ok, food could be not spicy if you paid extra and ordered spicy, if you not lucky and can't catch your food - so you can stay hungry!
