The line did not move for over 30 minutes at which point only one car exited. (This is a chute type drive thru so you cannot leave without the cars ahead of you leaving.) I left my car and requested that the manager have cars pull through to the large parking lot to wait so that people in line that did not want to wait could leave. The manager said that was impossible (not sure why it still makes no sense to me). I went back to my car to wait another hour. When I finally go to the window (at 7:35 a full hour an a half after I arrived) I canceled my order it wasn't ready and I was honestly too upset to eat. I left my contact information at the restaurant and have not gotten a call back or my $28 back.
The number listed on google does not seem to actually be a number for this restaurant. I tried reporting the experience to chipotle.com (report an experience) but it crashed all 3 times I tried while I was in the drive thru. I was finally able to report the issue using the website on a desktop and am waiting for a response. I will NEVER use the chipotle lane again and I can't imagine going to chipotle again anytime soon. I understand that the website allowed way too many orders to go to the store and that is not the staffs fault.
