How is my nacho $20? Let me say AVOID THIS PLACE! Used to come here all the time and the food was great and the service was nothing less than I expected and hoped for. At that time 4 maybe 5 stars would be my rating. UNFORTUNATELY….some new guy started taking orders and it is HORRIBLE! He literally argues with you and has made it impossible for me to go there. I always order the same thing no matter which Mexican restaurant I go to and so does my friend. At least most of the time My order is the same and it goes as follows. Steak Super nacho no beans guacamole and sour cream and pico on the side add chicken. Now let me just say this is an order that I have made at this location many many times with no issue before this guy started working there. He says you have to choose one meat. I always respond either chicken or Carne Asada nacho, and then add either chicken or Carne Asada. One time the cook even came up because he didn’t know what was going on and after telling him (the cook) he said that’s all oh OK that’s easy and I got what I wanted. The last time I went I noticed the price was a weird amount and I asked for a receipt. He charged me for sour cream guacamole and pico de gayo which all to my knowledge came on the super nacho. When I asked why I was charged he said because I asked for it on the side. He told me I have to order from the menu. I wish I could choose 0 stars. I genuinely feel like the guy is on some scandalous maybe even thieving type stuff. One time it’s $2 for extra meat next it’s $5…they try and charge $20 for the nacho lmao. I drove to Alvarado‘s and I got the same thing that de Leon was trying to charge me $20...
Read moreAs a student at a local university, it is important to find quality and quick food options after studying. This authentic menu provides plenty of options for different items, including all day breakfast. I tried the Arizona Burrito and was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. The chopped steak paired well with the hashbrowns, with Pico sauce to provide extra flavor and moisture. This burrito paired well with salsa packets that are included in the order. Don't limit yourself to the Arizona burrito though, as there are plenty of other great options. Whether you are in the mood for a combo meal $1 taco Tuesday, DeLeon's has something for everyone. Service was efficient, and the employees were able to answer questions about the menu. DeLeon's provides extensive hours to accommodate many different types of customers. Whether you would like an easy dinner or a late-night snack with friends, anyone can find a good...
Read moreI absolutely love DeLeon's I have spent more money at both the DeLeon's in Lincoln than I have at any car dealership and LOVE their food. This one did not quite satisfy. The food tasted odly bland. Idk if it was frozen too long or something but all the ingredients seemed to be there, maybe missing some seasoning, but I felt like I was only eating a tortilla, because that's the only flavor that I really tasted. I hope it was just something off with that shipment of ingredients or something because I truly love the fish and crab burrito, my altime favorite, and they are the only place I have literally walked a mile to in the middle of a snowstorm when I lived in Lincoln to get one, and probably one of the only placed I would do that for again. Now that I am in Omaha I hope their food is just as good and my experience was a fluke incident. I will definitely give them another chance sometime, just...
