I love Little Caesars Pizza and so does my daughter and her friends. I appreciate the good quality for the low price and this summer we will most likely purchase again and again. I am disappointed however in the service recently because I do expect that the hours posted on the door are the hours of operation, without limiting the menu or refusing to make food. I wish that that the hours of operation were much later honestly, especially because I usually have three teenaged girls in my home during the summer and that means late nights for me! But, I called 30 minutes before close to make an order, but no one answered the phone. I also tried to order via the internet ordering service, but it would not allow any new orders to be received. I got to the store 25 minutes before close and the place was empty behind the counter, the phones were ringing constantly and people were walking in to order. Customers were not greeted in anyway. I honestly thought that maybe the place had been abandoned or was left unlocked by mistake. All the warmers for holding orders appeared empty and cleaned out. I noticed a young woman behind the front counter, trying to hide, off to the side hunched down so she was difficult to see. I knocked on the glass and hollered several times before she acknowledged I was in front of her. Reluctantly, she took my order, which was a special seen advertised in every corner of the room, an extra most bestest pepperoni pizza, and two orders of bread sticks and sauce. The aloof and irritated cashier told me they didn't have anymore of the special and said it would be at least 10 minutes before I could get a pepperoni pizza. She then offered that they were about to close, so she would see if they could manage to make the pizza. I agreed to wait and apologized for being there now 15 minutes until close and increased the order to two pepperoni pizza, "Hot and Now," two orders of crazy bread and sauce, and asked for three of the dipping sauces displayed over the register. She then said they were out of sauces and we exchanged cash and two more families came through attempting to order, but were also told they couldn't have several menu items. Their orders were very similar, several one topping pizzas and side items that could have easily been tossed into the oven with the other pizzas which required the oven too! If they had a few 'Hot and Now' pizzas ready or just made the side items the people wanted, the team of kids would have been out 15-20minutes after close and there would have been no wasted food! Instead, I waited 20 min and only received, one crazy bread and 1 pepperoni pizza, not even my full order. We were denied napkins and spice packets and she turned off all the lights except the open sign while the three families waited for the placed orders. I have personally managed several local food service companies here in Omaha, NE and I you want to go home at the end of a long day, but I have never refused to make food while still open and I made shifts shorter and scheduled past closing time to make sure service was great from open to close. I paid cash and wasn't offered a receipt, so all I ask is that you consider coaching your employees to at least understand that our money is...
Read moreSAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. The manager, LESLIE, needs to be fired asap.
I place an order for delivery and it arrives in a timely fashion and the driver was very friendly. I open up the pizza boxes to find the pizzas with cheese coming off, toppings sloppily thrown on only one side, and crust over cooked (see attached photos).
I call the store, but no one answers so I decide to go in person to speak with the manager since I had a similar issue at this location for a pick up order in which my order was made incorrectly 3 times and I heard the manager tell the cashier to inform me to "just take some breadsticks because we can't remake the order again."
Anyway, this time I arrive to the store and ask to speak with the manager (Leslie). She comes to the counter looking down, playing with her nails, and fiddling with some sauces by the counter while I'm speaking to her. I show her the pictures and tell her how disappointed I am with the pizza quality.
Leslie then proceeds to say "I made those pizzas myself and I know they weren't like that," despite seeing pictures of how the untouched pizzas arrived straight out of the box.
Quickly realizing how unprofessional and unhelpful Leslie is, I asked for her name and contact information for the regional manager. Initially, Leslie blatantly refuses to provide me with her name. Finally she tells me her name and says she needs to go to the back to get the regional managers contact info.
She's gone for about 5 mins and I hear her on the phone with someone. Finally she comes back and says the regional manager is on his way and will be there in 10 mins to speak with me so I should wait on him.
I wait in my car for 15-20 mins and he never shows up, so I go back inside and ask to speak with Leslie again so I can get his contact info as Initially requested. Leslie (who I can clearly see hiding in the back) refuses to come to the counter and sends the assistant manager instead.
The assistant manager says the regional manager is "unavailable for that location " and was never on his way. Thus, it was clear that Leslie lied and had us waiting for no reason.
I ask the assistant manager for his contact info again and she says she can't give his phone number out and she doesn't know his email address. She gives me a general customer service number (which I called twice and can't access because the line says little Caesars is experiencing technical issues.). I was able to complete a survey online and I truly hope someone follows up on this matter.
She also informs me that service is so poor there because they are extremely under staffed and recommends that I go to the location on 30th if I want better service.
This location is run by unprofessional and inexperienced children. I've been to little Caesars in multiple states and never had an issue like this before.
Little Caesars Omaha corporate: you really need to increase staff training and intervene on this foolishness. You've lost a...
Read moreI have called customer service MULTIPLE TIMES, I have also tried this way of communicating multiple times and still no response nor did I ever receive my refund. I ordered online December 19th at night and waited almost an hour for them to say order was ready. I get there and they proceed to tell me they do not have my order because they ran out of chicken and other ingredients. I asked how do I get my refund they said to call customer service & when I called the next morning (December 20th) the lady said I would get my refund. I have still not received my refund and I have attempted to call the customer service line multiple times just to wait for over an hour and when I was talked to the 2nd time she transferred me to her supervisor who phone went to voicemail. I left a voicemail with my name, number and email and STILL NO RESPONSE. Today is January 7th and I can not stress this enough I still have not gotten my refund nor has any one contacted me. I am a mother of four and this was our go to restaurant to eat pizza and wings but I will never ever order from little caesars again because of this issue. I would hate to sue the company over $23 that could have been done easily. If I don’t receive a response or refund soon I will take legal action because at this point I feel as if my money was stolen from...
