I have never written a negative review before, it's uncharacteristic of me. That's how you know this experience was awful.
Got out of the car, a nice employee held the door for my girlfriend and daughter and greeted us at the counter as he clocked in. He then proceeded to go back, bring out some lids and tell us how the employee mixed them up. Alright. Kinda weird, but not big at all.
A young lady whose name I wish I had gotten came out to take our order. My girlfriend ordered a chicken alfredo bake, daughter ordered a spaghetti alfredo kids meal, and I ordered alfredo as well. I waited for her to punch them in, and mentioned they were all combos. She was pretty slow to put in the order, but again, not a big deal. The PoS systems can be annoying, so I was patient as she put in each part of the order.
She got confused when I mentioned the combos. I said that we wanted one side salad, and one slice of pizza. Large drinks. She said we could only get one drink, I asked why since they're both combos. "You didn't mention that sir, you should have told me." Alright, human memory is fickle, she was putting in the order. Annoying, but again, it happens! She then insisted that I tell her which of the two dishes the salad went with, and which was the pizza. I told her it didn't matter, just pick because they'd both come out to the table anyways. She told me I had to tell her exactly which went with which "so the cook can understand". Makes no sense, but alright.
She kept giving attitude throughout the order, telling me to slow down. I am not exaggerating when I say I was at the counter, trying to get her to understand the order for somewhere between 5-10 minutes. She spoke english perfectly fine (when she wasn't slurring her words), so it wasn't a language barrier.
"Your total is 58.67" I look at the menu. Our 3 orders should have totaled roughly 40 dollars. I say "that doesn't make any sense, something must be wrong." She is clearly irritated as she starts reading out the order. She mentions a ziti. I explained that shouldn't be on there. She seemed confused and upset but admitted her mistake and removed it. There was literally 0 conversation about any dishes other than fettucini alfredo (except the kid wanted spaghetti noodles). We're boring.
Order comes out: Everything was correct except they put fettucini instead of spaghetti. Not a big deal, kid ate every bite. The food was pretty decent.
The employee who took our order came out, and was talking loudly to a new employee and saying how to do "good customer service". That's pretty rich with how rude she was to me.
Sanitary wise? The table was sticky, and there were about a dozen flies flying around the straws/silverware/napkins near the soda fountain.
As we were getting ready to leave, we heard the employee (the one I have been ranting about) tell the person she is seemingly training, that she is stupid. We thought we heard the same thing earlier, but weren't sure. When we were walking out we heard something about "beating her ass".
To sum it up: I really enjoy fazolis food. It's shitty fast food italian, but it just really hits the spot sometimes. I will still continue going to fazolis.
That said? I would rather eat out of a fucking dumpster than go back to this fazolis with its current staff. It was a Monday evening, around 5 pm. I don't know the employee's name, but if the owner sees this message I really hope you figure out which employee it is. She was hands down, without question, the worst customer service employee I have dealt with in my entire life. I will literally never set foot inside this store again. I recommend you...
Β Β Β Read moreIf I could give a 0 I would. I frequent the 132nd location so today I thought I would stop on 72nd on my way home. I pulled up to the speaker around 4:30 and said, "hello?" Several times. I was under the impression the restaurant was closed. As I pulled up to the drive through window and could see a worker standing there so I waited 5 whole minutes until she decided to open the window aggressively with a horrible attitude. I did not get her name but she was a bigger African American lady with braids. She said, "what do you want?!" I was taken back and said I'm sorry I didn't know if you were open the speaker wasn't working. She argued with the worst attitude it's not broken I was talking to you. I told her, "it worked on your end but your voice wasn't coming out so I didn't know anyone could hear me." She continued to argue and I brushed it off because she will see with future cars that the speaker is in fact broken. I asked if I could please do an Alfredo and got the window slammed in my face before I could even finish the order. When she came back I asked for a kids pizza and she started yelling, " what else do you need while I'm standing here." When in reality if she would've let me order all the way the first time she would be aware. I waited on the food and I mean it quite literally when I say she threw it out the window. I honestly did not know whether to laugh or if this was a prank it was so infuriating and unreal. As someone who brings their family to fazolis often I'm confident I will not be returning. My daughter is 3 and cried in the backseat, "why is the lady yelling at us?" This is an embarrassment and unacceptable. It was very clear why the parking lot was empty and that she was standing not opening the window when I pulled off because she wanted me to leave so she did not have to work. I pray you find a better staff and check in on them far more often. Itβs a shame that one bad employee can...

Got right in to order (not busy at register but appeared busy fulfilling orders) placed order then waited 30 min before they asked what I had ordered. Simply ordered spaghetti Alfredo with shrimp. Single order for myself. Simple! Was told order got overlooked and the Alfredo wasnβt cooked normally and wasnβt ready so they were microwaving it. Then waited additional 10 and for my extended wait said they would refund price and still give me my order. Waited another 10 minutes and then was told order was canceled since a refund was issued. βLeader forgot about getting reprimanded the last time she issued the food and the refundβ! Staff appeared overwhelmed and more concerned about the Doordash orders. While I was into the line at register backed up to the door with one couple leaving because they were in line an extended time. Observed dine-in customers appearing frustrated with long wait for food getting to their table. Then at some point during my wait all the sudden there were drive-thru customers. As I left premises with no food drive-thru was 5-6 vehicles deep. Extremely...
