Finnegan's Pub & Grill — Restaurant in Omaha

I see that we had a similar experience as some other recent reviews on here have indicated - staff is rude rude rude! We called ahead and were told that they did not have a table for the 15 people in our group but we decided to head over to see if we could find multiple tables to accommodate everyone anyway. When we showed up we did find that the place was busy but it is open seating and we immediately found 3 open tables. Not ideal but we spread out over those 3 tables. Immediately we were verbally attacked by two waitresses, a lady that appeared to be the bar manager and finally by a guy that looked like maybe a cook or something (maybe the owner?) who came out and basically told us to leave. "We told you not to come in" they all said. It's open seating and there was 3 open tables. If 3 unassociated groups of people had come in at the same time and took those same three tables would they have been treated the same? We're all respectable people causing no problems whatsoever other than asking why we were being treated so horribly. We were all so confused as to why they would not want to have our business. As a group we would have spent several hundred dollars over the course of two or three hours but we were treated like garbage. I will never return to this establishment and it is now my mission to make sure that no one else that I know goes here either. Beware if you go here and they are busy - you will be treated as a nuisance. ...

We have ordered their wings several times during 2020 when we wanted wings for takeout. They have always been great! We love the combo sauce of 1/2 Garlic Parmesan and 1/2 Buffalo which creates an amazing savory sauce with just a bit of a kick! AND they don't bat an eye at our unique special request and take the order with a smile to their voice (over the phone). The wings we ordered yesterday were even better than before! They kicked them up a notch and sprinkled them with parmesan cheese or they have a new sauce?!? Maybe both? Not sure. Either way they were even more amazing. Way better than Oscar's (our most recent previous favorite) or DJ's dugout (a favorite prior to finding Oscar's)! And we are picky wing people! ❤️ Thanks for making great wings!

1st time there. Spent 10 to 15 minutes looking over the menu and narrowed the choices down to 4. Turned to the bartender for some advice. Stephanie described each of my choices in detail to help me decide. Went with the Friday night special of chicken fried steak. Huge portion of steak, frozen but quite tasty, big ole heap of homemade mashed potatoes with corn as the veggie of the day. All smothered in a white gravy. Also had a side of homemade potato chips. So much food that I had to leave some on the plate. Only 12 bucks. Thought it was a great deal for the amount of food I got. All of it was delicious.

But you have to take the good with the bad. Had a couple of bacardi and cokes. Thought they were a little pricy. At least compared to where I'm from.

All in all, if I didn't live 5 hours away, this would be a regular stop for me. All the food seemed reasonably priced and Stephanies service...
