This place has been getting rave reviews for a few years now and I have never been there. I asked myself each weekend if I should make an attempt to beat the rush and try this place out. So today I did it. I got up early enough to try them.
Service was horrible. Came to the table maybe twice and was forced service.
Prices are outrageous 5 dollars for 4 pieces of Walmart bacon? When the reviews praised this place for good prices and great food I really wanted to believe them. This place gave me no reason to believe and of that was possible . Over $30 for 2 people to eat?
Dirty dishes. We had a coffee cup with lipstick and orange juice tasted funny. Takes two seconds to make sure a simple cup is clean.
First watch is a glorified Village Inn. This place tries to create an atmosphere in which they charge you for. We don’t care if you bring water out in a mason jar it deosn’t justify the 4 dollar charge for every little thing. These reviews I believe are all giving to high of praise for lackluster food and service.
In the end I will never come here again. Maybe I missed what made them best of Omaha B2B At one point but I don’t see it. This food could be easily made at home for half the price. Yes we pay for the service and for it to be made but I could go to any breakfast food place and get the same quality for half the price with better service.

UPADATE:
Today 1/7/2022 I found out I got the new COVID virus, so naturally I decided to get curbside pickup, I parked and sit there for 30min... until I called them in to see what was the status of my order. "I'll bring it right out", I can see the host is grabbing a bag that has been sitting there since I arrived. I checked the confirmation txt, the last page where it gives you the order summary and the sign on the parking spot and NOWHERE says to call once you get there. I let the host know once she gets to my vehicle, she said she'll let the manager know. I checked my order and I was missing my drink, so I pulled out of my vehicle and got inside the location (which is what I was trying to avoid) explained the situation about my drink and she goes off to get it from the kitchen. The manager comes to the front and basically tells me that customers are expected to call once they get there, even though there is nothing saying that's what you should do. FLASH NEWS!!.. every single place has it's own rules about curbside pickup, call, txt, sign in website, honk, they just see you and they come out, etc..
All I hope I didn't spread the virus when I was forced to go in because of their ineptitude and lack of instructions. P.S. Of course my food was cold when I got home 2min away...
