I go to Qdoba often, but never this location. I came to order my usual. The lady making the food was making it completely wrong. She was so confused she couldn’t even talk (literally couldn’t answer my question). I told her to just stop and began to order something easy, that she couldn’t mess up. Well she begins the make the bowl and put a tiny spoonful of everything that I order. I have never seen such a skimpy serving in my life. I was literally on lunch break and already waiting in line behind one person for 15 minutes or I would have just told her to cancel the whole order. Whoever manages this location needs to do a training class and teach their employees how to put together food that is already made, life really isn’t that hard. I’m not paying 13 dollars for a tiny spoonful of rice and a few pieces of chicken. Figure it out people! Wow!

This is consistently one of the worst qdoba locations. I gave this place one last try after I stopped going over a year ago since they did such a poor job and making sure food items were replenished. Today, I showed up an hour before close. Thankfully all the food items were stocked. However, idk if the kid who was making my bowl was new but there seemed to be no rhyme or reason to how he was putting the ingredients in my bowl. The end result was depressing looking and not appetizing at all. To make matters works they gave me a piece of tinfoil to cover my bowl instead of a lid and didn’t offer me bag which was strange…. I’m more annoyed than upset considering how I paid $15 bucks. I used to always choose qdoba over chipotle. It’s unfortunate it’s no longer the case.

Let me start by saying that staff here are plain rude. This was my first and last time dining here. I didn't even begin my order yet, and the guy behind the counter talked rudely, and I asked him one question (my first time here) about their meat, and he says can't you read. Anything I said, he rolled his eyes, even asking what to put in my bowl, and I wondered which is hotter salsa and the response was “just choose one.” Their food wasn't as good as chipotle. I would definitely avoid this place because of their rude employees. The only reason I gave them a 2 star is because their food wasn't as bad as their attitude.

Online order on Sunday 08/15 around 8:00 pm. Picked up our food and noticed multiple issues with our order. 1. Both of our entrees were made without fajita vegetables. This is understandable as the employee later informed us that the store was out of peppers for the evening. 2. One entree was made without the addition of cilantro lime rice, which we requested through the app. We were grateful that the employee working did give us a side of rice at no charge when we went back to mention this. 3. A burrito specifically ordered “no beans” was made with a large scoop of black beans.

One star back for the helpfulness of the employee when we noticed the lack of rice. Unfortunately, we did not notice the beans on the burrito until we were unable to return to the restaurant to have the issue rectified. Once I ate about halfway through the burrito, I came to a sizable pocket of the burrito filled with just beans. It would be helpful if you had a feature on the Qdoba app that would let online customers be aware of any ingredients...

Id give 0 stars if I could. After being a loyal customer for years and spending hundreds at this location I will never be eating here again. Yesterday but got a meal and got a brownie which I have had before. This batch was disgusting an inedible. I took one bite and could barely eat a bite. I threw out the rest of it. Today I came in to get a meal and a refund and they refused to refund me for it without the receipt I threw away. The manager argued with me stating he made them and that they were fine and nothing was wrong with him. And became defensive because he couldn't believe he made bad food. They refused to refund me a couple dollars for rancid inedible food without a receipt. Really? They lost a $12 sale and all my future purchases over refusing refund a couple dollars for rancid food. I'll be glad to spend my money at a...
