Wanted to rate 2.5 stars.. We arrived and was seated quickly.. Our server Kat seemed impatient.. She made a comment she had 4 parties she was attending to. I asked if they had a menu. She had said no (so she seemed more flustered with all my questions and was trying to service her other tables) .. I haven't been here in a while and last time.. I knew they had appitzeres and had a qr code or something to scan. The most frustrating part was I had no idea what anything cost. Tried to look it up on my phone and the reception is terrible.. So no luck there .. Then the server told me when I asked for the check and she brought it back saying it was an even $200.. Which blew my mind.. I didn't know if I even had enough to cover that .. But thankfully it was better priced at $124. I had children with me... And apparently from the site, that I can see today, There's a cheaper menu options for kids? Well we paid for all adults. I also told my server and the manager that my son had an egg allergy. I asked what options they had.. I asked if he could have potstickers.. Cause most times when we go places that is safe for him.. But No one wanted to go double check . They said to error on the caution of his safety to assume it did. They didn't offer items available for him to eat..
Its like they were saying So here kid.. Here have some cooked broccoli at $20. Have to cook it cause of raw meat..
We finally received our cold rice half way through our meal.. Only one tiny bowl for 5 to share. And according to the site that I found out today.. My dinner grill meal comes with a side salad.. My server made it seem like it was an additional charge.. But then again without a menu available in the location and her being rushed with me, that makes it hard to know what I'm supposed to get.
I couldn't see the options available for my son who has an egg and peanut allergies. I could have ordered desserts and had smores.. But again.. No menu available. Just avoid this location.. Seems shady and sneaky to me... I will not be back.. I would like to go to a place that doesn't blind sight you with pricing and can take a couple minutes out of their day...
Read moreWant at all impressed. I hadn't eaten there before and heard people talk about it so I thought I'd give it a try. Upon entering no one greeted me and there was a group gathered at the bar so I assumed you sat yourself. Nope! Once we went walking towards a table a guy came over and offered us seats at the corner where no one else was.... this I assumed was because it was one adult with 3 kids who are VERY well behaved and the rest of the people were by the buffet area. I told him I wanted to be closer to the buffet as well and after he hesitates, he takes us closer but still not close to anyone.... we sit and wait for the waitress he said he would get. Another table arrived and had their waitress and drinks before we met our waitress. I asked for a paper menu vs the sheet she told me to scan. I explained this was our first visit and she just compared her service and food to several other buffets. She took our drink order and said she'd give me time to review the menu after saying we were there for the Mongolian grill. She litterly disappeared and after some time and the table that arrived after us was enjoying their food and drinks I made the best choice to walk out. I motioned another server and told him we were leaving and he was quick to offer to take my drink and food order but the waitress earlier had that. I won't go back. I'll try all those other places she compared...
Read moreDo NOT get a to go order from here. My order was late being sent and then the order apparently didn't go through all the way. So they received my order but didn't receive payment, which is fine, it is not their fault. But its been about 10 minutes of waiting after arriving because they said they were going to check on the order (which they did without ever asking for my name). Then when I found out my order wasn't being made (no one told me I received an email), I asked for a manager which took another five minutes. Then after a conversation with this horrible manager he went to the back to "check on it". 10 minutes later he comes out and recognizes my name when I tell him so I know he received my order. His response was to say well youre here so you can make it. So he takes my card to charge me full price without my online discount I had and shoes me away to make my togo plate. This is on a Monday afternoon, so they weren't super busy. I dont know why he was trying to shoe me away. Then after making my own plate I have to flag down someone to get my credit card back and then they plop a bag down on the counter and have me bag my own order, food, chopsticks, and all. I only order a single togo order for my wife. It wasn't even for me! But nobody seemed to care at all, especially not the manager. It was very disrespectful and I never felt so casually dismissed by customer...
