Godfather's Pizza — Restaurant in Omaha

I’m sure my money will not make a difference to any Godfathers, but there is one in particularly that has become the worst. Aksarben plaza Godfathers over the last nine to twelve months has become a nightmare when it comes to ordering. There are multiple employees during dinner hours I have experienced very stressful experiences with that it has become almost dreadful to call my nearest Godfathers. Examples of my experiences range from ordering and then not having my pizzas ready or ordered in the system, not having phone calls answered during normal operating hours with repeated calls until the call is answered by an irritable employee with a stern voice, being told to call back to only not have my phone call answered or being told they are not making more pizzas, when there is approximately an hour left before close, and being hung up on while attempting to know why I can not order pizzas. I have always been a fan of Godfathers from having large party’s to a small family dinner, but I have never felt this upset/angry as I did today from being being told “we are not taking orders” and me wanting to ask them a question and then they followed with an ‘ok’ and...

We work crazy hours, so we eat out nearly every night- and it gets old after a while. Thanks to the fresh, delicious food at this Godfather's location and their friendly, caring employees, we have finally found a place we can enjoy excellent food at an affordable price time after time.

Consistency is the key for us. You know how you can go to a place once and it is good, and the next time it is not? That issue NEVER happens at this location. I made sure to get the employee's names so I could give them credit here- Robbie (the manager), Brittney, Miranda, and Andrew are front and center with steaming hot, tasty food whenever we need it, and best of all.....THEY ARE SUPER NICE.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat, and Godfather's Pizza did not disappoint! The pizza was delicious, with a perfectly crispy crust and generous toppings that packed in the flavor.
