Jerry's Bar — Restaurant in Omaha

I went in last night to meet a friend, never been there before in my life. First person to welcome me wasn't welcoming at all, looked like he may have been a regular. Immediately started talking politics because of my tattoos which are very pro constitution tattoos. Only 1 person told him to knock it off, the man continued to harass me despite me starting a conversation with someone else that was much more welcoming. The bartender never told the man to stop. I tried being civil and telling the man I had no issues with him. Also said we may not agree on certain things but I respect his opinion in which got told that I was a piece of shit and I respected no one. Absolutely worst experience I've ever had in a bar. This is a good neighborhood bar, despite it's proximity to the Benson Strip. Amazing beer selection, including non alcoholic. I've been told they have the best NA selection or beer and wine in Omaha. Incredibly welcoming bar, even on a Friday night.

Super relaxing atmosphere. Dive bar doesn't mean rat hole, rough patrons and dirty glasses. The staff and patrons are all amazing and welcoming, I haven't heard any drama from any one on any of my visits, and it's one of the best maintained and cleanest bars in the Omaha area. I'll always come here when I'm in need of a quick drink near home. Parking could be better to be sure but that's...
