I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch online. Although the sandwich is meant to be toasted, I asked for it not to be toasted on the name line alongside the name of the person receiving the sandwich. When I picked it up, the sandwich was toasted. I told and showed the manager the receipt where it said, "not toasted" and this man told me, "Im sorry. Corporate told us we have to toast those sandwiches, even if the customer doesn't want it that way. We can't do that." I asked for a refund as that explanation sounded fishy. I then called the 99th and Redick location and asked if I could get the same sandwich made but not toasted and the young lady laughed like that was a dumb question and I understood because it was to me as well. She said yes and that's where I went. The two young ladies and the gentleman at the 99th and Redick location asked me to explain again what happened at the other location. I did and we all had a good laugh at the previous manager's explanation of why I couldn't have my sandwich untoasted. Read moreI use the JJ app all the time to make my orders for the rewards and convenience. Well today I show up to this location and submit my order through the app, it charges my card, but then shows up with an error on the app saying “Sorry, you’re order cannot be processed, please call location to make orders.” So I go inside the store and explain to the lady running the register what had happened. She was so nice and completely understand and agreed that it was weird that it charged my bank yet wouldn’t send the order through. So she goes to grab the “GM” to ask her what to do. The so called “GM” walks out and I explain to her what happened and she immediately got snippy and rude. Telling me, “well you need to call your bank and get a refund cause I can’t do anything for you.” So I told her well obviously the money went somewhere it took it out of my bank (I even showed her on my bank app the charge amount and time stamp). Read moreThe gentleman in the drive through was extremely unpleasant, I couldn’t understand what he was saying and He proceeded to yell over the speaker and speak as if I was incompetent after only asking once to repeat himself. After approaching the window he slammed it open told me the total slammed the door shut. When the order was passed to me through the window from the same ill-mannered individual he proceeded to not acknowledge me as a customer once again handed me the food without a single word and once again slammed the door shut. I pulled into a parking stall to make sure my items were correct. I ordered a simple modification of a side of hot peppers, that were not in the bag. As I walked inside to collect my disregarded item I noticed it was sitting on the prep line with a lid.As I stated they were left off of my order and the young woman handed me the already portioned cup with them in it.
