I ordered online for delivery and it said 25-35 minutes. 50 minutes later i got a notification saying it’s on the way. A little late, but I assumed it was just busy. Another 35 minutes go by and my pizza is still not here. I live a mile away. So I call the store, they put me on hold for 10 minutes. I hang up and call back to be told the driver couldn’t find my house so they just came back to the store. No call or anything.
Then they changed their story saying “oh wait, your order is actually coming out of the oven right now. The driver will be heading your way in a minute” I ordered an hour and a half ago.. but whatever.
The driver gets to my house finally ANOTHER 20 MINUTES later and my thin crust is burnt and both pizzas are cold and look like they have been sitting out for 2 hours.
We call AGAIN, are put on HOLD AGAIN, then the manager goes “well do you want a refund?” NO WE WANT A HOT PIZZA. My 2 year old is crying and hungry.
The guy continues to tell me I would have to come pick it up then otherwise it will be another hour or 2!!!!!
So I went to pick it up. I get there and they haven’t even put it in the oven yet. I WISH I WAS JOKING. And there was a delivery guy just standing by the oven.

The problem is that one of our pizzas had absolutely no cheese on it. When we called to complain the manager told us we were not telling the truth because they would never send a pizza out with no cheese. She told us it would be another 45min wait and they wanted to see the pizza that we were talking about then she hung up. I called her back and let her know that I was insulted at the fact we were called liars and that I was bringing the pizza back myself I would like to not wait any longer. I ordered 3 pizzas, got 1 and two orders of breadsticks. When I called them back to let them know of the mix up, I was given a customer service number and hung up on.
