I ordered take out for my husbands bday since it was one of his favorite food places to eat. Not happy with the experience we had. I’m giving 3 stars for Taira being helpful but also very apologetic for forgetting to add our dumplings.Other than that I would of have given 1 star for the food. We understand mistakes happen we only human. When we called to let him know he offered to compensate us by sending us a few gift cards and also throwing in a free dessert to apologize and make it right for forgetting our dumplings. Also the 2 greeting hostesses are very welcoming and nice. As soon as we got off the phone with Taira and started to eat our meal only to notice that the lettuce wraps with the chicken was so overcooked and dry like it had been sitting around for a while we just didn’t eat the lettuce wraps at all.The lo mein noodles didnt taste right either, since they again overcooked the chicken.We eat at pfchangs often but lately the food seems to be getting worse and worse. I looked at my email and saw that Whitney the higher manager emailed me and send me a photo of “1”gift card for $10 not 2 gift cards (as I was told by Taira) and an apology for forgetting the dumplings. I emailed her back to let her know of the lettuce wraps didn’t taste right and I didn’t even mention anything about the chicken in the rest of the food items we ordered. Didn’t get any response from her back. It’s awful when you pay $80 plus and you get food tasting this bad. Not sure we would like to even return back.

Just adding to my review I ended up getting an email back later on from a different manager named Nick. He was kind enough to add a $25 gift card to the $10 we got prior from the manager (Whitney). He apologized for the experience and also mentioned about passing on the information to the chef team so they can make sure to be on top of food quality. Just wanted to say that your food used to be spectacular and it seems to be getting worse so hopefully that changes and you guys make the food taste better again.
