I love Papa Murphy's! Great service, great food, great people. They do their best to make the customer's happy and so many customers don't find that to be good enough, which is so many comments on here are negative.
This is one of the last Papa Murphy's in Omaha, and now they get all the customer's from all the old stores. Not only that, but they have online ordering as well, and still take call in orders, plus walk-ins. They are constantly working and trying to finish orders, while continuing to prep food, clean, and train other employees, as many employees are quitting constantly after only working two weeks. So many new employees can't handle working at such a busy place, and that's why their constantly quitting. The staff that does stay, is wonderful.
I've worked at Papa Murphy's for 3 years, as a highschool student, and I remember what went on there, and so I understand how misunderstanding and unappreciated, this business is.
I love Papa Murphy's, it's a good place to eat, work, and the people who manage this place are great!
Please stay kind, humble, and understanding, to the employee's, and to the business. They try their best and deserve respect and understanding.

Paul was rude laughed under his breath while making excuses for their poor service and said he doesn’t get paid for answering calls! This place is a JOKE! GM Bryan was out of line hanging up after I expressed my concerns and overall was unacceptable treatment to a paying customer. Had an excuse and reason for the bad food and service then just hanging up in my face just was so out of line. Paul and Bryan both need to be retrained on how to deal with Customer complaints and no excuse for the bad service. Papa Murphy’s will not get anymore business from our family or friends. Social media heard it first and I hope they can get some new people hired who can be more professional and presentable etiquette for Customer relations. Read moreThey left one of the three main ingredients off our pizza and I didn’t notice until I had baked the pizza. I was told the only thing they could do to make things right is have me come back in to get the right pizza that night. Really? After driving for 30 minutes, you want the customer to drive 30 minutes again, to make the situation right? How about you do what any other establishment would do, and offer something to make it right for next time and at least apologize.
