so i wasn't a customer here but rather someone who was hired while management was switching over.. I came in the day after I arrived in Omaha as i was directed by the old manager, i was hired, all my paperwork and everything was taken. I told them i just needed a week to settle in and then i could start work. We agreed i would arrive at 11am Monday the 12th to begin the training process. I arrived Monday and was told by Kate the new manager that she forgot i was supposed to come in, She then suddenly couldn't find me in the system and had to retake all my paperwork and identification. She also then lays it on me that she may not have the hours to give me because they hired so many people (which i find odd because you hired me just to tell me now that you don't have the hours??) I didn't bring my second form of ID that day thinking they already had it, so I was told to come in the next day (Tuesday) with another form of ID and then i can start Wednesday... So i arrive Tuesday with my other ID, and she asks me again if i wanted to work days or nights... when i tell her i discussed day shifts she then says "oof that's going to be hard" then tells me to come in Thursday from 4pm till 8pm to begin my training...... It is now Thursday, i arrive at the location 10 minutes early but didn't go inside yet, as i am walking from the parking garage Kate calls me and tells me that she had a sit down with her boss and they just cant hire me because they don't have the hours...... literally 10 minutes before i am supposed to be there... This was WILDLY unprofessional. I was given the run around for a week, and i was told i was already hired and set to start 2 weeks ago when i arrived in Omaha.. I could have been using that time applying to other jobs if i knew Picklemans was not going to hire me. But to hire someone, put them in your system then turn around and say you cant hire me is severely unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed with how my time was...
Read moreMy cousin order today through a delivery service from her home andsand iaI decided to also. She orderd chicken asiago sandwich for me INSTEAD of a turkey and bacon sandwich. I realized this afteri bit the sandwich and wondered why there was no tomato lettuce cheese or SAUCE for that matter and saw its just chicken and cheese baked together and dry. YES ITS MY FAULT for not double checking with my cousin doing the order. So I call the Farnam street location to explain and ask for the right sandwich and I'll give back the wrong sandwich. The manager a guy said, "no we can't replace it bc if u ordered through a delivery service it's not our fault." I literally know it's not ur fault but u should accommodate me esp being it's my first time ordering it eating there (but that doesn't matter). I literally am a shift manager at a restaurant and we would...
Read moreA little over priced. Inconsistent service, processes and operation. I went today and got my favorite thing there. The avo-cobb salad. Things went poorly when this time for the first time they didn't accept my midtown crossing resident discount card they've accepted every other time I've gone. He offered a Mutual Preferred discount, whatever that is. Then with about 10-12 people standing around in the back the lady who made my salad just walked around with it. I could tell she was a trainee. When I looked at it the mixed greens and spinach weren't mixed like they usually are. I told the lady at the checkout and her response was, " we expect you to shake the...
