Horrible experience and this is normally our go to location. There was a water main break months ago and since then there has been a smell. Beyond that our food was gross and chips were stale. When we walked in there was a lady on her phone behind the register that was obviously not thrilled to be there. She made my burrito and rolled it with no problem. The lady helping my husband could not roll his burrito. It took them 3 time to try and re roll his burrito with a new tortilla and then just double wrapped it. He did not get extra of anything it was a normal burrito. His burrito became a bowl while eating because of how sloppy it was put together. The chips were so stale they were almost inedible. We were disappointed and dissatisfied we were going to leave a survey with our receipt and then found they never gave us one. My husband went back up the counter to get a copy and they couldn’t locate our order that we had just made 10 mins prior so they just printed a receipt out for a new order but with everything we ordered. $35 dollars for 2 burritos 1 chips and queso and 1 drink. Read moreWent to this location at 6:50pm today and they said due to shortage of staff we cant place orders inside we have to place them online and wait in our vehicle until they were done. There was 6 other cars waiting at this time. There should be no reason we can’t place our order inside and wait I just got off of a 12 hours shift and had to wait over 30 minutes for it with 2 workers standing there doing nothing while the other 2 workers were laughing and taking their time! Better management and better training needs to be done, theres no reason 4 people can’t perform this job. UPDATE: I got my food burrito was fine, they gave me a small queso cheese dip (like what you would put ranch in) my sons tacos were suppose to be plain (shown on the ticket in pic one) and they had cheese and sour cream on them. Read moreUpdate 9/15/21 Cholula didn't change. Still charging extra for barely to any flavor. Hot sauce and honey are very strong flavors and you don't taste any of it. **The lady manager/supervisor is terrible. She always looks unhappy and from watching her communicate with her employees doesn't seem well either..she also doesn't know how to talk or handle problems with customers apparently. Instead of providing a solution she likes to argue bc they aren't making the Cholula meat correctly. I will not be returning to this location again. Thanks for the experience 👎
Il start with the positive: the staff is always cool! Very friendly and welcoming. Place is clean. But the negative: your cholua chicken sucks... You charge more but the meat barely has any sauce. You're being stingy on suace for no reason. Sauce that darn chicken up. It shouldn't be dry chicken. You have hot sauce and honey... Anyways.
