Such beautiful work! I asked Lori (Owner of Sugar Coma Treats) to make me a special cake for a friend who was turning 50 years old. My friend is a physician who was also celebrating joining a new hospital group. Lori researched on her own the customer’s medical specialty for her cake creation, and made the cake so personalized! Lori incorporated my friend’s picture, a personalized lab coat with her name on it, a stethoscope, some scans, a syringe, pills, and many other beautiful details. She made the cake strawberry flavored, and it was delicious! The cake had pink white frosting with a prominent “50” on it. My friend said it was the most beautiful cake she had ever seen! (I agree! 😊) Lori is easy to work with, customer-focused, and detail-oriented. Lori helped me package the cake and gave me preparation instructions for the 3+ hour drive to ensure the cake arrived safely. Her creations are truly beautiful. I spoke with Nicole 3 weeks ago and made an order for a custom made birthday cake. She explained the process and time frame and I was supposed to pick it up the afternoon of Dec. 12th. I arrived at 3:00 PM only to find out she forgot to bake the cake! She was on the phone with the baker asking if I could pick it up at 7 pm. That is unacceptable! This was for a party and due to your negligence, you ruined the party! You left me without any viable options. I don't know how you run a business when you can't even provide the basic service you charge for! What I thought was going to be a happy occasion, you Nicole, turned it into a disaster. Never will I step foot in your establishment, I will make sure everyone I know and talk to will know how negligent and utterly unprofessional you and your business is! Updating this review to include our most recent experience at Sugar Coma. They did it again! Based on just a couple of photos for inspiration and some emails back-and-forth, they crafted a wonderful birthday cake for my son. It was exactly what I pictured in my head, and of course tasted amazing. The cake itself is so luscious and delicious, never a dry bite. They are my go-to cake bakery.

Extremely pleased with the cookies I custom ordered from sugar coma! It was really easy to communicate with the business, I sent a picture of what I wanted and they gave me a quote.

The cookies turned out wonderfully! They were exactly what I wanted, extremely well crafted, and tasted really delicious! Sometimes fancy cookies look great but don’t taste great. Not the case here! A lot better than other places I’ve ordered custom cookies before. Will definitely use sugar coma treats again....
