Santiago's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Omaha

I recently visited Santiago's Mexican Food Truck on a Friday evening at Wine, Beer, and Spirits Oakview. I was blown away by their portions and delicious meals! The food truck was easy to find and had a nice, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and efficient, and my order was ready in no time. I ordered the carne asada and birria platter, and they were both incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection. The carne asada was tender and juicy, while the birria platter had a nice balance of sweet and spicy flavors. The tacos were generously filled with meat, and the toppings were fresh and vibrant. Despite the busy Friday evening rush, the food truck staff maintained a high level of efficiency and were able to serve customers in a timely manner. I also appreciated that the prices were reasonable for the high quality of food and service. Overall, I highly recommend Santiago's Mexican food truck for anyone in the mood for some delicious tacos. THE BEST TACO TRUCK I'VE BEEN TO SINCE MOVING FROM CALIFORNIA. I was starting to think it'd be impossible to find good tacos in the midwest, but Santiago's changed my mind!

We had a small group at Blue Sky a few weeks ago. When I booked the reservation, I didn't realize that the food options had changed. Santiagos was still serving out of their food truck and wasn't scheduled to open until 2pm that day. The staff at Blue Sky called them up and asked if they would be willing to open earlier.
