Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Omaha

Friendly staff. Unfortunately, the drinks were horrible and the cookies were so cold they snapped like bark and you have to let you saliva warm it up and make it chewable... unless you are into the whole crunchy cookie thing. Let me further explain the drinks... instead of having a few blenders specifically for fruits.. then some for coffee... they use the same blenders.. coffee residue builds up... with that being said just rinsing a blender after making a coffee drink does not eliminate the taste of coffee. The portions are also off... and the topping was sad. I get it a business has to try and conserve money but the amount of waste when things expire is even worse. Why not add the right amount of whipped cream and drizzle to make something look great? Lastly the fact that refunds cannot be given. If a customer is turned away from the drinks and wants a refund because the poor quality of the first set of drinks why would anyone expect other drinks to be made? A gift card at the very least should have been offered. if the refusal of drinks happen more than once. There are other scooters off of 90th... please drive the extra two minutes to the others for quality drinks and use this as a last resort because the line is short type...

Always quick and great customer service! My only advice is to check your order before you leave. For some reason they don’t put whipped cream on a drink when I specifically requested it or I’ve gotten the wrong size every other time. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. But they always fix it quickly and with kindness so I am happy to keep going back. I absolutely love their peachy tart blast (with whipped cream) for an extra energy boost and...

The employees at the location are so sweet and helpful every time I come in! I don’t work far from this location so I’m here like twice a week and the energy I get from these lovely people never changes!! Also 10/10 recommend trying the “daydreamer” I don’t know if all locations make it but I know this one does and it’s soooo good (this is why I always do at least on “surprise me”...
