Went to this scooters about 2 weeks ago with 3 friends. The girl at the counter was not at the counter she was standing about 10 feet back, while we stood at the register ready to order. She looks at us finally after about 15 seconds and says "I'm about to go on break so are you guys getting something?" .......
I was shocked. I wasn't leaving without my boyfriends smoothie so I ordered him a medium mixed berry smoothie. She acted annoyed the entire time I was ordering and looked absolutely dreadful the whole time making the smoothie. She gave it to us with no smile or comment and then ran to the back, I'm guessing to avoid any new customers. The smoothie tasted awful, something was off, and my boyfriend threw it away.
I understand bad days and I understand being frustrated trying to go on break because I've worked customer service my whole life. But I did not do anything wrong, and you just cannot treat customers like that. I rarely ever leave bad reviews about places because I understand the customer service struggle. But I was so upset after this and have spent a long time deciding if I should post this or not. Anyway, probably won't be using this...
Read moreIve come to scooters at westroads mall on the top floor quite often now. I usually like to get my morning cinimon roll and sometimes a coffee. One day I had asked for a cinimon roll and Theo the worker at scooters had an attitude and said they had no more. I asked him politely if he could call down stairs and ask if they had any. He said no because they get them from up stairs, he went on with an attitude and after I said "well the other girl who works here called downstairs for me before, would you mind just checking for me?" he huffed and puffed gave more attitude and called down stairs just to hear that they did have a cinamon roll in the back. This time I asked if he could break a 100 dollar bill for me, Theo gave me attitude again, raised his voice and said "we dont take 100 dollar bills, read the sign". Im very displeased with how I am treated. But as I walk away and hear him talk to other customers he has a very gueniune tone with them. He is a horrible employee. Read moreI went there today around 5pm. I was at the upstairs location because the one downstairs had no one there. I waited in line for several minutes behind two other people. The person in front of me walked up to order and as soon as the lady at the register took the order another girl called out that theirs was the last order. This is ridiculous considering I was waiting patiently in line for my turn only to he told they couldn’t take my order. The mall doesn’t close until 8. There is no reason they needed to close at 5 on a busy Saturday in the mall. So...
