Let me start by saying that I typically do not leave bad reviews. I get that mistakes happen, all stores are short staffed and everyone is just doing their best right now. That being said, please save your time and money and go to a different coffee shop.
My husband and I stopped at this location this morning and ordered two of their signature fall drinks, the maple spice cold brew with cream. No modifications, simple order. We knew there was an issue when we pulled up to the window and we were asked if we wanted cream in our cold brews, so I politely confirmed what we ordered and she said the drinks were maple spice cold brew with cream. I looked at the drinks which we’re almost transparent and I knew it was likely wrong but since she confirmed we proceeded with our order, took the drinks and went on our way.
These drinks were so bad. They honestly didn’t even taste like they had coffee in them. The last 3 times I have given this location a try my drinks have been horribly wrong. I didn’t go back and ask for a different drink or refund. It’s honestly on me for trying scooters again. Just want to give...
