I was trying to leave this review on the from the back of the receipt - as requested on their signage.
Walked in to observe one of the employees trying to sell their “custom” made drinks to a customer who obviously didn’t want it - but was continued to be presented with details to buy. She kindly declined 3 times before it stopped. I thought the interaction was highly unprofessional.
There was 2 people in waiting for their orders. I approached and was not greeted but encountered another conversation amongst the 3 people who acted as if they were Starbucks bartenders rather than employees.
I repeated my order to the lady three different times. All three times she got the order wrong. Then shorted me on one of the items that I purchased. Has she been paying attention to the customer and not involved in a side conversation pertaining to mixing different ingredients into customers cups? She may have gotten my order right the first time.
By the time I went to sit and wait for my order, there was nobody waiting. Three people arrived after I was sitting down. Those people were served and had already left. So I got up and asked the employee who originally helped me if she had gotten around to making my drink yet. She had no idea what I was talking about. When I showed her the receipt, she had no idea what the charge was for. I explained again what I wanted. So I waited for my order to be made again. I should’ve asked her to repeat it to me, because as I was walking out of the store, I took a drink of what I thought was my order. But was absolutely not.!!!
I was already over the experience at this point, did not want to go in and have to go through it all over. So my $8.20 dollar coffee went right into the trashcan outside.
I’m honestly not even baffled the way people act anymore. This has become what normal customer services. Absolutely atrocious. My girlfriend and myself have purchased probably around $500 to $600 just in Starbucks cups at this location this year. Personally, I won’t be giving this location anymore of my money.
The manager of the store cares about this experience. The right thing to do would be to refund for the entire amount based upon the experience by itself. When your employees treat their customers like they’re putting them out, that creates such a huge void in professionalism.
There are other Starbucks locations that I intentionally go to because their employees are exceptional. I always make sure to drop them off Xmas cards with little gifts and make sure that their tips are reflected generously
Because they understand what...
Read moreI love starbucks because it's we're I get my tasty caramel drinks, I always get sk e sort of caramel frappe but when I went tonight I got a grande caramel ribbon crunch, a drink they've had for a while and as I left the Starbucks I was drinking it but I did t notice until I had already gotten to my car, after giving it a few tastes, the tatsy caramel pieces they are supposed to sprinkle on top we're sea salt pieces which at first I didn't think would be too bad, but I didn't even end finishing the drink which is rare because it was so darn salty. I still love starbucks but this was pretty annoying to have to waste my drink because of something you'd think...
