We went through the drive thru. Waited 5minutes for our drinks. 2 more minutes for my card back because in the middle of a rush they decided to change till. Mean while this kid who looked maybe 14 just stood there. The what looked manager walked around like a chicken with his head cut off. They didn't tell us there would be a wait. Nothing. No communication at all. So we sit another 10mintues. They hand us one bag young kid didn't even know what he was handing me. Good thing I didn't pull away because it just our fries and chicken strip. I said no way is this 45$ worth of food in one bad. In opened it and said we're missing food. Kid looks stunned. Manager huffed and said I know we've another one coming. So Manager wasn't going to tell young kid there was more food? Got the 2nd bag and some guy with a dusty holey hat on came to the window. We had a bad experience here a few months ago where it took about 15 mins to get our food, and there was only 4-5 other people in the restaurant. Tonight we decided to try it again, experience was just as bad. We went to the drive thru because there was only 1 car and it was at the order menu, we sat behind this car for almost 10 mins until the car ahead just drove off. I pull up to order and was told “is going to be a while before you can place your order”, I asked “how long is a while?”, response was “I don’t know, while”. I said heck with it and drove off, my wife and I both agreed we are never coming back to the Arby’s, they have the worst and slowest service I have ever seen from a “fast food restaurant”.
We ended up going to Chick-Fil-A where the line was about 10 cars deep when we pulled in, we had our food and were back on the road in less than 10 mins, that’s how fast food is...

They didn’t seem too concerned about it as from the timing my husband got there and there were customers giggling laugh and having a gay old time not concentrating on the food service now we’ve come to eat there, but I’m not anymore, it’s not worth it getting back. Apparently the cook wasn’t thrilled that he had to remake my sandwich because I watched it look like he was upset and threw everything together. I’m in food service myself and I most definitely as a manager myself did a better job at taking care of a unsatisfied customer I think it’s about time.
