WOW! Betty's Tacos is the real deal. The menu is like doing mental gymnastics for food, but it's worth it.

Place is clean, space is limited.

Everything on the menu is fantastic: Tacos, Tortas, Quesidilla, Quesabirria. The Burrito is okay. It's all good and amazing.

All the food is prepared fresh and delivered to your table.

Tacos are fantastic. Whatever protein you select, you'll be happy. You have the option of onions and cilantro. However, the protein serving are on the smaller side. They are SUPER FLAVORFUL.

The burrito is okay. Honestly, your stomach space is better spent on the other menu items. It's a burrito, what do you expect?

The Tortas will give Burritos House a run for their money. You get a bigger than expected sandwich with jalapeños. The bread is dense and pillow like. It's awesome. If I had to select who has the better Tortas between Burritos House and Betty's Taco, it is 50/50.

Quesabirria is AWESOME! Give it a try, you'll be happy. And that Birria, chef kiss!

Ordering a Quesadilla will leave you surprised. I'm not sure how Betty is putting together their Quesadilla, it's made to order, and you can see it being made. IT'S PROBABLY THE BEST IN THE AREA!

The sauces... They hit! Not as hot as Burritos House, but it's like comparing 1A and 1B. It's 50/50. If you want something that burns, but you can't stop eating, you're in for a treat. It's amazing hot sauce. Fair warning, even the Avocado Hot Sauce can leave you burning. But it's a happy hot.

Even though Betty's Taco is at the very end of a strip mall, I would classify it as a TRUE HIDDEN gem in the Onalaska area. Service is amazing, if you're willing to wait, it's worth it! Place is CLEAN. The food is arguably the best Mexican in the area.

You're paying more for some of the most flavorful food in the area. I've been in twice, dropped almost $40 on 3 items. I'll be a repeat offender supporting...

Their food might be good if you are willing to wait 30+ minutes for some tacos. I went with two other people. We ordered six birrias tacos and sopes. Half an hour later we were still waiting with no progress to getting our food to go. Because we were hungry we asked for a refund and left to get subs from Jersey Mike's.

This place is chaos. They wrapped everything that came out of the kitchen in aluminum foil. Even if it was for there instead of to go. They spent more time trying to figure out what was under the foil than serving food. Like it didn't occur to anyone to label their orders. They also did not provide forks to anyone eating there. They delivered the food to the tables but not the utensils to eat it. Everyone who was eating there had to come up to the counter and ask for utensils.

It's a shame. If they do have good food, it is seriously hampered by their lack of organization and shoddy service. Will not...
